We arent all feckers but there are a load of twatty cyclists nowadays. I always go out of my way to be as courteous as possible to car drivers as it only takes one fecker to swipe you off the road

Exactly. As long as you've got some booking history in the last year it should be open to anyone. I can understand why they wouldn't want it open to all general especially if its a cat A classification.
