I think we do now have potential to completely blow a team away in a 15 minute spell. Not sure we quite had that before so far, as most games have been kept tight.

We were 14 points ahead of Leeds prior to playing them. They then beat us but we are now back up to a 13 point gap and another 8 games gone where they could have gained real ground.

Reckon VAR would have ruled that out as think the Ipswich player who knocked a defender over was coming from an offside position. Goal had been coming though.

I guess the only issue with this is once it's written down it contextualises the gamble, and a lot of owners will deem it worth it. Also with a sliding scale you will get clubs gaming it: I've breached 10% so might as well push to 14%. You can see the problems in not having it defined playing out with Everton now though. Personally this has just killed FFP for me. It was there to protect the big clubs anyway and looking at the hit Everton got I'd say it's worth the gamble.
