Hold on, how his he being selfish? Just because his actions differ from yours and has chosen to go and you have made the decision to stay away. What makes your a decision the "correct", less selfish and short sightedness one?

I agree with you on that point, if you want to boycott, brilliant ( I'm not going on Monday I'll have the match on in the background) and if you want to go then brilliant also. You've paid your money, you makes your choice. No one should feel pressured in to boycotting, and those that go are no less of a fan than than those who have chosen to stay away. We may not agree with the KPFC / Tops fan clubs view, ( Much in the same way as they don't agree with our standpoint) but it's their views non the less. I do venomously disagree with the acts of violence by some of "KPFC' towards the more vocal fans making their displeasure with regards to Top and KP known. This is something that really need to be brought to the media's attention and the club's

I think the camara positions in the ground will make it hard to focus solely on the pitch area, as previous televised matches have always had the crowd 'in shot'.. So if there is a conscious effort to do so and a disproportionate amount of "extra noise" from obviously reduced numbers this could point towards the club as had having a word with Sky again (as insinuated they did for the plane). We as fans should he able to tell if the Sky pictures have be "adjusted" as the mounting positions are a fixture in the ground and same each time and also by past televised feed used as a reference. This will just tell us thst the club are at least aware as they have taken action to limit embarrassment for the Nepo Baby Man Child, and the KP circus. Also that this type of action hits a nerve and is affective to a certain degree It's just a shame they couldn't be as proactive in actually sorting the mess out

Monday evening is going to be interesting, if the boycott is taken up with some promising numbers. The pockets of empty seats around the ground will be noticeable for the Sky Camaras. What it needs is the boycott's reasoning explained within the commentary the unluckily commentary team chosen to cover our match. If we also start to get a tanking and have a noticable deficit by half time there may also be the added 'Brucey Bonus' of early leavers, again with this being televised all the better. Sky as a broadcaster would love the drama. The more televised embarrassment for the hierarchy the better. And if Top is there to witness it then brilliant, and if he's not and he's off galavanting on the back a horse playing horse hockey then this paints him in a equally bad light as an owner who's "non to fussed" as his absence hi-lights the very point. .

I've wondered something similar myself. We may have to factor in Thai culture I think with regards to some of this, something I have no knowledge on. I must stress here that I am in no way supporting, defending or looking for excuses for the "Nepo Baby" Culture aside, he is still his own person and therefore a spoilt, incompetent, waste of space, not fit to be associated with the club.

I agree with your post mate. (Bold bit) could this be the beginigs of some Brendan 'Todgers' "Jedi mind tricks" ? . The same snide rhetoric spinning tactics the odious, backstabbing little B@#tard, (sorry old habits, couldn't help myself there) used to sabotage his working relationship with the club and gain his pay off. Whist no where near BR levels at the moment, (if at all) but is Marti testing the waters with a little cryptic comment that sow's 'doubt's' for the media to latch onto, (and have just done so) that in turn with others cause embarrassment and discomfort for the board, and manufacts pressure for his working relationship with them. If Marti does it again or something similar in the next post match interview, and drops another 'dangling cryptic carrot' that insinuates "something amiss' who knows. If something is mentioned again in the next Pre-Match media press waffle before Mondays match could that be clue to something. ? However, I could just be putting 2 and 2 together and getting 6, be 100%:completely off with this, and just talking out of my @rs*. It wouldn't be the first time....

OK...well done.

OK, I'll bite. Please answer the following: 1. Why? (Give ENZO the job) 2 How can we accommodate the 'suggestions'in your original pose? 3 Or are you just posting as a major wind up?

Please, it's been a bad enough day already. If this ever happened and that tw@t became our manager I would be taking a break from the club until the joyous day he was sacked. RM is not a football manager, he is a Brendan Rodgers Clone and not the answer we need.

Good point, I forgot the "is there a problem,? I haven't noticed brigade"

Jump back a page and see my reply to hackneyfox's post Personally I don't see him and KP changing diddly squat. If that's because he can't or because he doesn't see the need to, the result is still the same, we continue on this current trajectory. IMO I think it's a combination of both points above or things would have started to change already Change has to happen but the division is there because people's ideas differ on how that change is implemented Top and KP selling up and buggering off. or Top and KP tearing up their current playbook, (because its obviously not worked), admitting they have got loads wrong, take ownership and accountability, analysing what went wrong, plan to put things right, implement the required changes from the planning, review changes for effectiveness, adjust as required. Basic PDCA . Something any half decent company should do. The end result is things improve, we move forward as a club both at board and pitch and fan level. Now we need to ask the question what's more likely to happen, if its try to improve and put things right, why haven't they started in the past 6 year or so......

I can see and understand your viewpoint. Rudkin needs to go regardless... we have all debated this subject numerous times so we won't dwell any further on this point. You are correct we all want what's best for the club..but IMO I don't think Top and KingPower have it in them to improve. Our woe's and the catalogue of errors are not a new thing, and they have continued to plague the club over a number of years. Worse yet they are snowballing. They lack the ability to learn (or are too arrogant to admit they are getting things wrong) as the same mistakes are being made over and over again. Appointing crap managers, over spending, poor player acquisition, ludicrous contacts, dubious sponsorship deals, no communication with the fans, to name a few. They had a wake up call by getting off on a technicality on PSR and exploiting a loophole, but the sad thing is they HAD committed the crimes to warrant punishment then CONTINUED to do same things afterwards, hence the impending points deduction. As I said, they just don't learn. Surely after 6 or so years of getting it wrong they can see a pattern,(we as fan's do) our current situation didn't pop up overnight. It's just incompetence over this span of time to let it get to this point after so may clues point out there are problems. Sorry however much some wish for them to 'just improve' their track record and current actions don't leave me with any confidence they can.

Match Ratings: Leicester City 2-1 Derby - Vote Now
Guppys Love Child replied to Mark's topic in Leicester City Forum
Totally agree. We beat a poor Derby side, by a single goal, not due to Marti making player, tactical and formation changes as a result of our last defeat, but because they were just another level sh1tter than us. We played his same identityless, disjointed brand of football, where the majority of players look confused and needed instructions. The same football where his tactics leave us easy to play through... we were just lucky yesterday I guess. Get him gone.. -
Easy to deal with. Post something to support this, then sit back. The KPFC brigade and negative nellys will comment their normal " back the lads" "KingPower are so great and Top is too because he cleared debts" and any other comment blind to the actual situation, but nobody in support of this should directly "retaliate" to their posts. Your only post should be to say you support the idea. That's it. Keep saying it if you want but don't directly acknowledge their post content. If you don't engage in an argument (which is what they want- because it shows them as "True Fans" in their eyes) then they can't get their points across, as the retaliation post is what they crave and need as a carrier... however we can our message accross with one simple supporting post. And if everyone in support saturates a wide variety of social media outlets with the same method of 'post, support but don't reply/argue' the message will get visibility and hopefully gain traction. Basically put it everywhere, if it's deleted, so what, but if its not, someone or some organisation will see it.

Leicester 2-1 Derby - Post Match
Guppys Love Child replied to Daggers's topic in Leicester City Forum
Happy with the 3 points and the win over the sheep but god that was yet another "paper over the cracks" game - which we sorely don't need.. We were so, so poor, and probably won only because Derby were a next level of sh1t worse than us. We have, and in all fairness never had under Marti a playing identity, or any clearly definable tactics were we can "see what he is trying to do" in a match, where the players know their roles, and their on pitch actions show structure and purpose with some affect and visible results. We mostly look disjointed and confused during matches and whatever training and instructions from Martin they receive just compounds this further. Unfortunately with his record of 2 steps forward and 1 step back Marti won't be going anywhere this season, as "Top and Gang" are too blind too see, or are just happy to ignore the problems that Marti 'brings to the table' as long as we are in no danger of relegation. We now have a small cushion built where the impending points deduction wouldn't hurt us by dropping the club into the bottom 3 and this cushion is slowly growing with each of the '2 steps forward' games we grind out a result in. Once the deduction is applied the club will no doubt spin the rhetoric and use it as an excuse for a poor League position, conveniently skirting over the fact the real reason it was dished out in the first place... Yes you bunch of ****ing incompetent, negligent, tw@ts. Its your poor choices with manager's and playing staff , the horrendous actions with contacts, shoddy day to day running of the club, coupled with other financal mismanagement over the past 5 or 6 years.. and all your doing. We are in limbo, and until Top, KingPower, Rudkin and the other dross in positions of power and influence depart our club we will just slowly stagnate and never have a stable footing to heal from. Yes Marti is "not fit for purpose" and needs to go, from the winning of matches perspective and our entertainment levels. But it pains me to say I think we still need to drop a lot further to reach a level where the Nepo Baby and KingPower are uncomfortable enough to sell up and bugger off, but what that level is I have no idea. ( Sorry for the long post guys, it wasn't intended, but I heeded to get it all.off my chest before the end of the year) -
Well thats just confirmed what we already knew. Yep, Marti is an Incompetent, Clueless, B3ll End. He's desperately lacking any real insight, and is completely devoid of any imagination at all ( tonights team selection is proof alone on that front) and the ability to actually analyse then adapt is so for out of his reach it's scary. Our league position, points tally and win / loss statistics clearly paint a picture that things aren't working, so anyone, especially someone who is under pressure and with more than 6 brain cells would ask the simple questions, what's not working, and what needs to change? His only action is to not act at all and continue to pick the same teams, formations, tactics and utilise the same sh1t I game management that to date has worked as well as a using a colander to bail out water in a sinking ship. Just do us all a favour Marti and Fvck Right Off....

I think you're spot on with your assessment my friend, and can only see a defeat. It wouldn't surprise me if it was a 4-0 or 4-1 if JJ continues his scoring form So I too will be sitting at home, in my pants.... but I'll be adding one or two other items of clothing, as I have nosey neighbours.

'I Want People To Be Closer' - Khun Top Speaks
Guppys Love Child replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
I'll stand by my original post in this thread back on page7. This is just more media spun BS, filled with empty drivel of expected things at Xmas time and stuff what the club thinks "the fans want to hear" (I think we all.know this) We have still to see any real evidence of anything from his "interview" (not that I expected too) that has made a impact or any tangable difference. Our situation and overall outlook has changed 'not a jot' from the Interview's broadcast date. My dislike for the spoilt little manchild has only grown if im honest regardless of this puff piece written on his behalf (because after hearing his diction and verbal command of the English language, there is no way he is the author of any program notes) It just saddens me to think of how much further we still have to drop (and belive me our decline is going to continue) before this incompetent, wanna be 'business man' is actually embarrassed enough (or receives enough pressure from mummy) to do the only thing that will allow us to recover, and thats sell up, taking the toxic midset, baggage and philosophy of the current KingPower group as far away from our club. Finally taking Rudkin with them in the form of a belated apology to us suffing fans wouldn't go amiss.... -
Totally agree. I've said the same in previous posts. We need to get all influence of Marti away from the club A.S.A fooking P. Then whoever comes in ( be that King until the end of the season, or the tea lady, just not him) and just do the polar opposite to him ( OK I'm being a little sardonic there, but you get my meaning), really look at what's going wrong with a fresh set of eyes than stop doing the obvious patterens and then do something different. Be that changes to formations, team selections and certainly in game management. But most of all the vast majority of our match squad "just need to grow a pair"

Watford - Home - Boxing Day 3pm - Anyone going?
Guppys Love Child replied to Spudulike's topic in Leicester City Forum
Oh well, Merry Xmas to you,and have a belated present comprising of both of the above. Me I'm staying at home in the warm and with the family -
I agree, I feel that someone just a smidge better could and would get a tune out of this shower of sh1t of a squad. Just a 20% improvement would be enough to see us safe, as this league is so cr@p, but it's consistency we desperately need as well, which under Marti we just don't have and it pains me to say it won't achieve. Marti has shown us he's well and truly out of his depth in all aspects of the role, from team selections, tactics and playing style, to his questionable in game management. The problem is actually identifing who the 20% of improvement manager we sorely need is, personally I haven't the foggiest. Should we move him on? Most definitely. Can we afford too (financially) no idea, but if we can't then just put him on gardening leave. We have to pay him his wage if he continues in the role, so the money is there for that, but we have to get his influence, incompetence and involvement away from the club as a matter of urgency....

LCFC 3-1 Ipswich, post-match thread
Guppys Love Child replied to Phil Mitchell's topic in Leicester City Forum
Spot on my friend... Its my biggest Bugbear about the team, the tippy tappy 'possession base' style they seem to revert back to at times. It's needless, and just invites unwanted pressure, our defence isn't the greatest, so why tempt fate in the first place. It seems counter productive to stop doing what they have been doing which give us a 3 goal lead and start pi$$ing around at the back. If it's to get a breather, fine, just do outside the oppositions 18yd box not ours But don't do it for to long as its boring as hell to watch. -
Me too. I'd like a few more details as well. Also I'm pretty much the same as you Cloudfox, not convinced yet about Marti, but the green shoots are poking through. If we get similar stuff, or better still, some marginal impromement on the pitch over the next 3 games, from both the player's, and Marti with his 2nd half game management, then maybe I'll get my plate out for a slice of humble pie.
