Despite how badly he did at Rangers and how poorly he is perceived across football, surely there's a Championship club willing to take a punt on him?

It was a harder competition when we were in it as you had the Europa League teams coming down. Palace haven't had to play anyone near the level of Roma or PSV.

Obviously great for the fans, but hardly think it's that much of an achievement, especially now that Europa League teams don't go down. The Premier League clubs are so far ahead of everyone else, I'd even back the likes of Wolves and Burnley to make it fairly deep into the tournament and even win it; Palace won it by being very ordinary throughout.

If Palace win this then surely they risk this competition being a farce where Premier League clubs win it most years.

Never understand why in so many big games recently, teams tend to set up to not lose and then when they go behind start panicking and launching it forward. Why don't teams just try and be a bit proactive and take some risks to try and win the game which you could lose anyway even without taking any risks like Boro.
