  16. Just found out a very simple fix. It turns out I can connect the headphones via Bluetooth directly to the firestick itself. There's an option in the settings to link to additional devices. I can even the adjust the volume directly. Phew!
  17. I have a conundrum at the moment. Not quite TV but used as a TV. I currently have a Dell monitor which I use for work as a second screen for my laptop. But on the off day, I double it up as a TV for the bedroom by connecting my Amazon Fire Stick. The monitor has built in speakers which are pretty decent to be fair. However, I would love to be able to connect headphones so that I don't wake the whole household when I'm binging something before bed! The question is how to do it? There is an audio jack (which the manual says is not suitable for headphones but rather an output for external speakers) Even so, I don't really want to be plugging in wired headphones that would need a very long cable to be able to reach the bed comfortably. I ideally want to be able to use my wireless headphones that would connect to the monitor. The monitor itself doesn't have Bluetooth connectivity so does anyone know how this would be possible? In my head, I'm thinking I would either need some sort of adapter or docking station that would wire to the audio jack or HDMI cable and transmit over Bluetooth to my headphones. Or potentially connect an external speaker that also had outward Bluetooth connectivity (do these even exist?) Has anyone done this at all or can help? Any advice from tech savvy people would be appreciated!
