It's a weird ground. Half old, with the old turnstiles and the cottage, then across the pitch a bloody swimming pool in a stand. Did enjoy the mixed concourse, thought that was good fun. Their new riverside stand was absolutely empty though, thought the tickets would've been snapped up. Assume the price puts a lot off

Found myself in an incredibly demotivated state these past few weeks; having to force myself to do things I usually enjoy etc. I find myself always coming back to the question of how do people manage to get up, go to work etc and do the mundane routine for the best part of 40/50 years. Believe it's from his appearance on the Fozcast. Agree with most of what you've said there. We've taken the springboard to be long term successful as a club, and turned it into a long-term spa retreat for shite upper management.

Surely the facilities have been provided for them to succeed and be their best; the staff and players have turned it into a comfortable place to be. I don't buy that the place is too nice.
