Overall a really bizarre signing. Played a few games for Rodgers, then all but disappeared under Smith. And has barely featured since. Has a very similar profile to Vestergaard, but then Coady was brought in to play that role and hasn't featured.

On many occasions yeah you're spot on, and it's brilliant when that happens. Many companies HR also do this for interviews, I've one next week and HR rang me and walked me through what to look over. But I've heard of quite a few occasions from friends/colleagues where they've been selected for interview, with the recruiter telling them afterwards they were expecting them to fail.

We do play some exceptional stuff at times. But the issue for me is the flapping around that leads us to concede opportunities or goals. Or set pieces to which we concede from. Enjoy what he's trying to do and what's being implemented, but we don't half make life difficult

This is also what I hate about applications. You can spend hours/days making an application where you fit all the essential criteria, flavouring with the PS, to then receive an email maybe a month later saying "nah soz and this email account isn't monitored"
