I guess it's about getting the balance between coachability and having enough experience to get in the door in the first place? I've always found, and this may just be me chatting too much shit, that when I've not had experience or had areas where I didn't have enough knowledge, the majority of places I've interviewed at chose the person with more experience. Also a really interesting question, something I'd never considered being asked before.

Now that's a shock Seen this a lot now, graduates having been charged £27k+ alongside living etc then being told they should contribute afterwards VC's etc all earning £100k + alongside other senior staff whilst they offer low wages to others. System is failing and surprised it's taken this long to sink ont Comes days after an article showed international students were given much significantly lower grade requirements due to how much they're charged.

The environment has changed though. The Prem is now all guns blazing for anyone they can fine FFP charges at.

I wonder who takes the first sub role now? Coady hasn't shined, Doyle hasn't been given too much chance since the injury and Nelson has shown he can do the role easily when called upon
