Really respected the end segment on men's mental health, it's great the pod is something every can have a laugh listening to, but highlighting these things is incredibly important. I've seen gyms start to advertise services where people can get help around the gym, hopefully the more conversations that initiatives like this and the pod starts to make people feel that little better about asking for help when they need it. Especially around Christmas when it can really hit some people hard.
