Once again, doesn't matter how you play, the officials can swing a game entirely with 1 or 2 bad decisions. Yet no punishment for them, and for the small teams its completely ignored
They've tried to play a 4231, and it's just becoming a 451 with way too much space between the CM and ST. And a high line against Liverpool is tactical suicide unless the offside trap is perfect
Think its mainly tactically naive to play a high line against Liverpool purely due to the way they play. But, like you said, difficult to judge based on a game against one of the best teams
Definitely a red, a second earlier and the guys ankle is snapped. Jagielka lost control of the ball, was stretching and dangerously went in.
Free kick was a screamer though
After today's coverage, my opinion of Sky has dropped. They seem to forget that teams outside the Top 6 exist and can play well, not just the big team being sh1t.
I enjoy watching BT a lot more last year, but they're all basically the same.
We played well and on another day we'd have scored a few. But I'm now listening to Sky tell us all about how it was a deserved victory or how they were all over us. It's bloody ridiculous.
Would say Wes is captain until he steps down or leaves, out of respect for the guy and all he's achieved with us. The team has enough leaders on and off the pitch anyhow. But for me, the next captain to be Vardy, Kasper or Maguire (or Kingy)
Genuinely scary that Kingy is the only survivor from that squad. Must be another good reason just to have him around, the guy was there at our lowest and highest points
