  1. Have a spare ticket, £5. There is enough space in the ground now to allow you to walk around the ground and sit wherever you want to
  2. I’m missing something I’m sure, but why aren’t you using the original ticket. If an u12 wants to go in and you’ve got an adult ticket, why do you need to call the club. Or changing an adult to an o65.
  3. Plenty of clubs outside the PL defo, Middlesbrough, Sheffield clubs poss
  4. Dunno, first season back in the prem for 1000 years. They'll have new windows to lick and long lost family members to defile all over the country
  5. Carbon taxes aren't outlandish idea anymore. A prime reason to measure GHG is to analyse the potential impact of carbon taxes
  6. Good question. Out of the big 6 I would guess: Everton, Leeds, Newcastle, Sunderland, Cov and Villa will regularly sell out their allocations before all season ticket holders. Based on nothing but my own guesswork whilst bored in the office.
  7. I saw the Palace ultras Nigel fanatics club exited stage left in typically meme worthy and overly dramatic fashion yesterday. As much as everything they did was hilarious, they will be a miss to British fan presence....before they announce a meme worthy and overly dramatic 'return'
  8. It's less than a mile away from the town centre if I remember. The best thing about the coaches is they get in early so you can walk in and see the town, have a few beers and take pictures of all the pound shops
  9. Current landlords getting kicked out in two weeks and left it in a dire state. Unpaid bills, lost their sky subscription, reports of beer running low and full of druggies.
  10. I walked through town after the match and thought everywhere was busy from looking inside
  11. Old street tavern, from the outside looked ok and was a nice pint. Unfortunately another place colonised by recruiters and insurance salesmen driving BMWs they pay for monthly wearing cookie cutter off the rack TM Lewin/M&S shirts.
  12. We need a post from someone who couldn’t buy tickets to mk dons away because they were too constipated to remember their card details blaming the ticket office to get this thread back on track
  13. Now there's a good talking point. Are we a bigger club than wolves? We are geographically nearer but trains for them are prob more convenient???
  14. That's quality. I've seen from a friend of a friend how they deal with European away tickets as well. They detail the price, allocation, number of qualifying supporters per band and number of tickets they are reserving for box holders, players, former players, broadcast and commercial. They interestingly detailed the discussions they had with the host club about the high ticket prices, and said as a tit-for-tat they would charge that clubs fans (can't remember the team) the same price for the home leg. Finally total transparency about the ticket collection process in the host city, and why they are doing this. It's stupid and unrealistic to expect players' families and commercial interests not to get tickets in our away ends, but tell us how and why
  15. They can build an agent on Claude to hack into the system and get tickets above their priority level
  16. Ahh so that explains why the Doric Arch and Betjeman arms boozers are called thus. Excellent factoids for today
  17. Thanks, just checked and I did complete it for my dad's OAP card. Obvs a long time ago.
  18. Is this true re the cards? Didn't know that.
  19. That's a great idea, why have I never thought of that. Next time I'm at tesco without a clubcard holder, I'll ask around the queue to see if anyone has one and get the discount
  20. Go to tickets at the top of the page. Then hover over your initials, click tickets and there's a 'resale' button in the top right. It has changed this season so it took me a few mins to work out. But this thread reminded me to put my Plymouth tickets for sale First four games available to list
  21. Delete thread for sure. You know someone's gonna come in here and do a #ticketofficeshambles post when our prices are released and they aren't £17
  22. I have a colleague who I've not said a word to since she joined in June 2024, sits opposite me. On average she says a few words a month I'd say. I've logged in today and seen she's deleted all of my intricate and detailed referencing on a final version of a client note. The easiest thing would be to ask her why she's done it and tell her not to do it again. But that would break my run. The best course of action IMO is to send her a teams message which will inevitably be ignored and accept this will happen again and waste loads of my time again. But my run of not speaking to her will continue, so overall I win
  23. We’ll be cat A. We won’t be getting these prices
