But again, RvN shouldn’t have waited until January to sign a right back, who he claims has been brought in as cover, to realise that the players we have can’t play in his preferred system and he needs to switch it up. He should’ve realised that we don’t have what he needs to implement his style properly. Do something different. He’s not even really utilised the whole squad.

I don’t understand why we don’t just play him. We don’t have the players and/or quality to setup how Ruud wants us to, go to 3-5-2, help an aging 38 year old out, and get Daka/Edouard alongside him.

Every manager wants his own team, and with how inexperienced he is, he needs someone else alongside him. But, we definitely can’t afford it, especially considering how Top tore in to the players about the cost of sacking Cooper.

There won’t be any more staff coming in as part of RvN’s team. He is happy with what he has got. I don’t know if that’s because we can’t afford anymore and he’s putting on a brave face, or if he is actually content.
