Ruud 5 year contract extension??
-
I can’t the club paying off Ruud and then paying compensation for Rohl. Whoever we get it’ll be someone readily available.
-
Rohl will definitely be this summer’s Corberan.
-
Ruud should never have lasted till the end of last season and now some on hear think he should be given the start of next season. Baffling. A few good results against rubbish who we will play next season can’t hide what a dreadful manager he is. I’d rather we have someone to upset the current overhyped egos of these players. We cannot go into next season with Ruud in charge.
-
Don’t get the criticism of Puel. He was what was needed at the time. Certainly have him over some of the rubbish that’s been mentioned.
-
Alonso is the only one who’s been successful that I can think of.
-
Middlesbrough have gotten worse under Carrick. That’s why they’ve got rid. I don’t want him.
-
Don’t want Carrick. Seems to have been getting worse at Middlesbrough. Finished 4th, 8th and 10th last season. But he’s a big name so no doubt we’ll be interested.

Jordan Ayew - NEVER PLAYING FOR LEICESTER AGAIN!!!

Guaranteed to stay if Dyche comes in. -
Yes heaven forbid we end up with someone like Glasner at palace…….
-
Rohl, Roseinor and Ancelotti in that order. But I don’t think we’ll end up with any of them. I wouldn’t be against Cleverley or Hassenhutl. @kingfox what do you think of Ole Werner and Jess Thorup?
-
Roseinor or Rohl but I don’t think we’ll get either. I can see it being Hassenhutl. I’d like us to go for someone like Ole Werner or Jess Thorup. Werner is young with more experience than Rohl and has had 2 consecutive top half finishes in the bundesliga.
-
Young managers we should be looking at now it’s not that prat Martin. Thank god. All readily available. Davide Ancelotti Ole Werner Tom Cleverley Raffaele Palladino You know it’s gonna by Dyche or Hassenhutl. I’d rather have Hassenhutl.
-
Maresca was appointed 16th June Cooper even later than that. I think we’re still a couple of weeks away from getting anyone in.
-
Is Glasgow a big enough city for two massive egos in Rodgers and Martin?
-
Yes let’s have stability with a guy who oversaw 17 defeats out of 19 and 9 consecutive home games without scoring. Just the sort of stability we need.
-
I always look at where a manager leaves us once he’s left and where he started with us. So imo O’Neil is the best. Closely followed by Pearson and Ranieri. I know I’m contradicting myself with Ranieri but what he achieved in that season will never be forgotten or repeated. As for Rodgers we played some brilliant football under him for about 18 months and then I genuinely think he got bored and wanted the payoff and sack. Our stupid fault for giving him such a lucrative contract.
-
You can guarantee Bournemouth, Palace, Brighton and Brentford will have someone lined up if/when a manager leaves. These clowns are more reactive than proactive.
-
Top and Rudkin are so stupid they’ll pay Sheffield Wednesday compensation for Rohl before realizing he quit days ago.
-
Strasbourg got Europa Conference football next season.
-
Did Strasbourg get a European spot? I think they finished 7th.

I still think he’ll get a job in Holland and probably do relatively well. His reputation will improve after that. -

His demeanor during games, the lack of acknowledgement towards our fans, his obsession with opposition players/coaches after matches, and lack of interest in our own players after games. Just little things like that really. -
Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official

There’s a column in the daily mirror today about similarities that Ruud could quit here like he did at PSV. Then the mercury has basically copied the same column and slightly changed the wording of it. Great journalistic insight from the local paper….. I wish they’d just get rid of him. Ruud clearly doesn’t want to be here. -
As an alternative to Rohl I’d be looking at Ole Werner. Readily available. Young manager with decent experience in the bundesliga with Werder Bremen and Holstein Kiel.
