There’s no chance we’ll get 35 points if cooper stays until the end of the season. We’ll be lucky to get to 30.
-
I’m hoping we are lining up a readily available replacement and that’s why it’s taking a while. We’re speaking to a few. Obviously I’m gonna be completely wrong and he’ll still be in charge for the Chelsea game.
-
Should go all out to get Jeff Stelling to replace him.
-
Seeing as we are obsessed with managers with pl experience I could see ending up with someone one uninspiring like Hassenhutl. Ticks the boxes with pl experience.
-
So will it be 4th or 5th time Potter turns us down? Imo he’s overrated and I’d rather go the unproven foreign route like Brighton and Bournemouth have done. Or if we have to go for proven pl experience Sarri (very unlikely), RVN (although limited experience), or Moyes.
-
Am I completely misreading this as Röhl at Sheffield Wednesday or is just something might happen Wednesday?
-
I don’t see us getting anywhere near that number of points with Cooper in charge.
-
He’ll go in the international break but it’ll be the one in March when it’s too late.
-
The most likely appointment will be either Potter or Moyes because of our obsession with managers with pl experience. I’d go for Moyes. Even though better options abroad. Potter is overrated.
-
Absolutely no chance we’ll get him but with our obsession with managers with pl experience I’d go all out for Sarri.
-
Here we go again. All readily available. Niko Kovac Roger Schmidt Sergio Conceiao Rudi Garcia Urs Fischer Edin Terzic
-
And will be when we end up with someone like Mark Robins planning for life in the championship next season. Show some ambition and act now.
-
Genuinely I don’t know. Look at the league position of the home grown managers and apart from Howe they are all bottom 6. Foreign managers imo are better. There’s more flexibility tactically from foreign managers.
-
I don’t want him. Vastly overrated imo. Better options abroad.
-
Who loves him?
-
Cooper has to go anyway regardless what side’s around us do. He is completely out of his depth.
-
Not just forest. Look at Bournemouth and Brighton. Much better options abroad.
-
The sort of game you should be starting Winks, Ndidi and Skipp. He starts Soumare. Absolutely clueless.
-
I’m hoping that Vardy and Ricardo have had a bust up with Cooper. But I very much doubt it.
-
Obviously hasn’t watched any of our games.
-
Paddy Power - worrying times for Pep. This is the worst run man city have been on in their 12 year history.
-
Niko Kovac Roger Schmidt Sergio Conceiao Rudi Garcia Urs Fischer Edin Terzic All readily available.
-
I just think there are decent managers available who we could get. There are not at the level Emery is at but clearly better than Cooper. I don’t like the mindset of us settling for Cooper just because currently we’re out the bottom 3.
-
How can you say not really in danger of going down when they were only 3 points above the drop zone? We are an attractive proposition if we show some ambition. As I’ve stated before Leeds got Bielsa in the championship as did Wolves in getting Nuno. And Newcastle got Benitez in a relegation battle. This acceptance of keeping a mediocre championship level manager is baffling when there are so many better options available.

Did Emery when he took over at Villa with them 3 points above the drop zone?
