The West Hammering Away Match Thread
Kisnorbo fox replied to fazzyfox's topic in Leicester City Forum
Hopefully brings Andy King on. Only person sat on that bench that would give 100%. -
The squad is absolutely honking bar 1 or 2 players. Can’t see any manager getting a tune out of this squad. Desperately need some new Personel in January or else it’s a lengthy spell in the championship. No doubt Rudkin will be satisfied with the current squad and another visit to the championship.

Dewsbury-hall back on loan, a striker and a decent Centre Back.

Florist are a very weird fan base, you claim you don’t care about us, yet on your fan forum you have an entire thread called “the demise of Leicester city” talking about us…. 😂Strange. -

Had a nosey on the florist fan forum earlier, they have a topic called “The demise of Leicester city” seems to get a lot of comments on it. Thought they didn’t care about Leicester 😂 -
I think cooper has got himself involved in the club at the worst possible time, the style of football instilled in the players by enzo cant be undone/changed overnight. Trying to adapt and change a philosophy that’s been drilled into the team for a whole season will take some doing, and not an ideal situation to be in when you have an obvious relegation battle on your hands before you’ve even kicked a ball.

In regards to knife crime, what has changed so much in society that people feel the need to resort to knife crime ? Why do these people who commit the crimes see a human life as such an easy thing to take ? In my opinion i feel the easy access to the internet exposes the younger generation to content and influences that were never really accessible 15+years ago. You see stories of kids as young as 12 involved in stabbing offences. When I was twelve all i cared about was climbing trees, having a kick about and the occasional game of knock a door run !

I think stop and search is a good way to go. I for one wouldn’t at all be annoyed if I was subject to a random stop and search by the police 1) I’ve got nothing to hide and 2) it would be good to see that there is a clamp down on the issue of knife/weapon crime that we seem to have a serious problem with. I noticed you did say youngsters in your post, I am 30 so not sure I’m classed as a youngster anymore ? 😂
-
Yeah i understand what you’re saying in regards to my response. In answer to your question about what I think would work, i suppose I am at the hands of the information, research statistics and scientific findings i am able to read/watch. It’s definitely a serious topic, however all I really do to help matters is doing the simple things right ? Such as recycling, not being wasteful of resources, lift sharing if possible etc. As I’ve said previously, I’m not massively clued up on this particular subject.
-
Thank you for the invite. I agree it is an important topic, however my knowledge on The subject matter isn’t the best. In regards to the protestors such as “Just stop oil” I think they go about it the wrong way and do more damage than any form of good. If anything there behaviour may make people more resentful to the idea of climate change etc than actually help towards it, as the topic then becomes associated with the people seen in protests like at Gatwick airport and previous individuals (idiots) glueing themselves to the roads.
-
Very true, a lot of them seem to get all man childish if anyone dares have a difference of opinion or belief to there’s, and not just necessarily in the quoted topic above 😂
-
Yes was just as concerning seeing the anti-protest lead my the far left, anti-Semitic Pratt Jeremy Corbin.
-
Wasn’t the left wing counter protest lead by that anti-Semitic fool Jeremy corbyn ? where during the protests did it state any of them where anti-vax ? How can you be sure it wasn’t left wing counter protesters ? Were you there ? Or are you just one of those left wing types who try and shout the loudest and anything that doesn’t fit your agenda must be racist, anti-vax or bigoted ?.
-
That is an observation backed by fact. Oh the ignorance is strong in this one 😂
-
Unfortunately I don’t think you quite understand the definition of the word “opinion”. Your earlier comment states, “There in lies so much that is wrong with the internet and opinion based populism”. That statement in itself is an opinion. Therefore you simply did state an opinion. Come on SpacedX… think about it.
-
Yet here you are spouting your opinion on the internet ? What do you identify as ? A village idiot or a bar stool philosopher?
-
Everyone’s entitled to there opinion. Just because it differs from your one that doesn’t mean it’s wrong. Set a presidents and individuals like the man who received the boot to the head, will soon realise what they will be on the end of if they abuse our emergency service workers. if a police officer asked me to comply and I then decided to turn round and punch and show acts of violence to not 1 but 3 officers, I wouldn’t feel to hard done by, if I received a size 10 boot to the face for my troubles.
-
Hopefully the kick to the head knocked some sense into him. Maybe next time a police officer at an airport, which is already a high risk area, asks him to comply, he won’t behave in such an aggressive manor.

What this election has shown us is how flawed the first past the post system is. Whilst the tories had every right to be chucked out on account of their incompetence, corruption, and duplicity - the fact that we now have a Labour landslide (equally incompetent and dishonest) with just 35% of the public vote May i add. Nearly 70% of the country did not vote for this government. With the next 5 years of globalism and neoliberal politics, keep an eye on the smaller parties - something is changing out there and Rome wasn’t built in a day. Now Starmer can’t play the Mr hindsight card every week, and finally realises he actually has to make decisions himself for a change, he may get a swift wake up call when he realises he can’t deliver his false promises 😬

Maybe abit of an ambitious shout, but Marcus rashford is clearly wanting out at Man U. Big wages I would think, but I reckon he would be worth the money if he hits a run of form which he has proven he does have if his head is in the game. -
Fringe player for inter Milan, and strikes me as the sort of buy that replicates ann Adrian silva sort of buy. Think for the money/wages we could get a much better younger player. If he isn’t a solid starter in the Italian league how will he cope slogging it out in the premier league potentially with a team fighting to stay up ?
