I know, but rules need to change. This probably came to the ref’s mind. The rule is too blunt. It was clearly a hand ball so penalty is fair, but it did not seem to be intentional so a red would have been extremely harsh. Rule needs to change.

I That is because we are handicapped with Ndidi. Apart from not being able to control the ball and pass, he doesn’t make himself available to for a good pass. Even Mendy is much better. Puel seems to always overlook this aspect of Ndidi in favour of his defensive ability but unfortunately I think he is too much of a liability overall.

If we want to play good forward creative possession football, we need Iborra instead of Ndidi.

Iborra and Albrighton always do an honest job. They suit Leicester’s style and moves play forward. We will unfortunately continue to suffer problems like we did today and last few games if Puel cannot see the flaws of Ndidi. This man cannot pass and breaks up play. He doesn’t position himself well. It is the little things that count. He is not a Kante who was a good passer. Sadly, he scored (via deflection) so his spot will continued to be guaranteed. Otherwise, I would mind to see Iborra takes over anne partner with Mendy. Getting rid of Ndidi is the next step needed.

Why? He is a striker. He contributed towards 1 goal. Goals are all that matter at the end of the day.

I am with those who think Iborra should play instead of Ndidi. But there is no chance for Puel. It is clear Ndidi is always one of the first names he put down on the teamsheet. Ndidi has never even been subbed out by Puel.
