  1. There’s a plethora of issues with the squad at present. Back to front Ricardo isn’t good enough, he has pace a plenty but not much between his ears, so he has more bad games than good. The partnership of N’didi and Mendy is negative and doesn’t support the attack in any way. When Albrighton plays we look fairy dangerous, but his strengths are getting the ball into the box, and we don’t have an attacker to match those strengths, Gray is as always horribly inconsistent. Vardy is being stifled, his game is all about playing on the shoulder of the last defender, we simply do not get the ball over to him often or quick enough so his strengths are not being utilised at all. Players like Ghezzal, Ricardo and Kalechi simply are not good enough. There’s a stronger starting 11 that Puel refuses to pick, and until he realises this things will not improve. Having said all of that, football at this moment in time is the least important thing. We need to do enough to hang on this season, and then collectively regroup in the summer and decide what to do going forward. I’m 100% of the opinion that it isn’t with Puel at the helm, but that’s just my opinion. For now he will have to do, until the club has healed, and Top’s able to bring the board together and start pulling the strings again.
  2. Literally chocking here. **** knows how I’ll cope on Saturday. I have no shame in admitting I’ll be in absolute bits. I dodnt even cry when we won the league, but no chance I’ll stay dry on Saturday, no ****ing way.
  3. I agree, it should be ditched now!
  4. If the players are mentally ready then so be it. Burnley is going to be tough, so, so tough. And maybe getting 90 minutes under their belts before then is the right thing to do? They’re away from Leicester, away from any instantly painful memories and it could mentally prepare them for Burnley. Lets face it, Burnley is going to be awful... the emotions will be all over the place, I envisage tears from both fans and players, having that resting on their shoulders the next time they take to the field could have a huge detrimental impact on the mental well-being of the lads.
  5. No better person for the job. You have been simply superb throughout this difficult time.
  6. It sums up their mentality as a family and people, despite what must have been a heart wrenching thing to do... Top still carefully steps around all of the flowers and scarves placed on the ground. Even in the most horrific of circumstances, he is mindful of others and their contributions. What a gent, what a family.
  7. They always say the day after is more difficult. But I wanted to thank everyone on here, you are all an incredible bunch of people, and you all need to know that whatever is on your mind to share it, because we stick together, we’re one. Foxes quite simply, never quit.
  8. It’s complicated. There’s numerous Thai traditions that need to be honoured and respected, as well as emergency services investigations. Once all parties involved are ready we will get an update I’m sure. As many have mentioned it’s awful to even consider this, but Vichai was a owner of a huge business, and there will be sensitive complications that will require attention before anyone connected is ready for the public to know.
  9. Merely friendly banter, otherwise we’re all in it for the same thing. Collectively we all belong to the same family.
  10. I don’t think anyone expects any other. It’s already been unofficially confirmed albeit through hear say. But let’s not forget that the club in this instance is the least important. The families and loved ones need to be allowed time before its rolled out for all to see.
  11. Will we be able to lay tributes tomorrow? I wasn’t able to get down today and I’ll be devastated if I can’t lay a scarf down.
  12. It was ever so briefly on 5 live earlier when they were talking to a member of the match of the day team!
  13. Unfortunately they can’t, not until a certain point of the investigation. Once the police have satisfied their portion of the investigation, and the family are ready, details will be revealed. For now it’s time to allow the families time for grieve.
  14. I think we’ve asked for both Tuesday and Cardiff to be postponed.
  15. I’ll share my thoughts again..... Mr. Chairman, and friends. No words can put into context the sheer amount of grief we all feel at the moment, but I hope I speak on behalf of the Leicester people, not just fans to express how much both you, your family, friends and anyone else connected to the club whom have suffered such tragic losses mean to us all. You came into our club in 2010, and our future was arguably bleak back then. Yet when you came you came with a smile, vision, determination, passion and taught us not to be afraid to dream. Moving forward to that incredible season that you gave us which reduced grown adults to tears, and created not only history for others to discuss, but precious memories which with stay with us forever. I don’t think it can be truly be put into words the full impact you’ve had on our club. The care and attention you’ve payed not just to football, but to the people of Leicester, donating money to local hospitals and hospices and always supporting local charities. A humble and honourable man, you and your family have always treated the club and it’s people with fairness and impartiality, a King by name and a king by nature. Mr. Chairman, Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha. You brought eternal happiness to a group of people who never thought achieving the ultimate dreams were possible, for that your memory will be eternally remembered, and as you captured the hearts of every football fan across the world, you did so every person too. Mr. Chairman, Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha... you are most importantly a son, a father and a friend, and it is at this most tragic time that our thoughts are with those who mean the most to you. To all those who were in the helicopter, my heart weeps for you, for those whom have lost family and friends, my thoughts are eternally with you.
  16. I like this idea.
  17. I thing will be said until the families have been allowed to process what’s happened. And due to the nature of Vichai’s work there will be no doubt a lot of meetings going on. I think the families should be shown the respect they need at this time. An announcement will come soon enough, but there are more important things that need to be seen to before any formal announcement is made.
  18. I’ll pop down tomorrow.

  20. This is correct the drone was being packed away prior to the helicopters arrival. I saw this whilst walking back.
  21. I agree, I was intending on going down on Tuesday evening.
  22. Would the creative guys be able to come up with a remembrance ribbon or symbol? It would be fitting to have something as a symbol of remembrance for all those involved. Trying to chose my words carefully and hang on to any kind of hope...
  23. I highly doubt Tuesdays game will go ahead, but I’m going to get myself down to the KP is the scene allows to pay my respects and light a candle. If anyone would like to join me that would perfect. A mass gathering of solidarity and a show of unity at this truly awful time.
