The misinterpretation of “backing the lads” is exactly why the majority of our matchday fanbase are complicit in the demise of this football club. I don’t understand why some supporters just can’t grasp criticism, and how it absolutely fine to criticise when it is warranted…. This is the worst Leicester team that I have seen in my time as a supporter…… technically we’ve had worse, but as many have eluded to, this is the worst in terms of attitude and all round characteristics….. the majority of this team has overseen two of the worst relegations in this clubs history, both pathetic within their own rights……. The fact these same players are ambling around the pitch, not giving us anything still, is unacceptable….. it’s unacceptable at board level for signing them and offering them pathetic contracts, and it’s unacceptable from the players, for not having enough personal pride, or redeeming qualities to over come this. It’s the most despicable group of players I’ve had the displeasure of watching, with the exception of a couple….. I think the rot will continue, this team is presenting the same downbeat attitude as previously relegated teams, but they don’t look remotely bothered about trying to get out of it…. We’re done, and we will get relegated this season, and it will be another pathetic display which I’m sure some will clap off the pitch again. The majority are a disgrace to the shirt and a disgrace to the badge. The warning signs are there, and we’ve failed to heed them time and time again……

But for £24m of the kings, I expect more than just getting a dab on. I can accept effort if it’s Ian Hume, because he was shit and cost as much as a shit player would. Skipp is shit, but cost £24m….. so my empathy for him is somewhat lacking.

This. Staying at this level for a bit of a reset, isn’t possible. As you rightly point out, the financial blueprint will diminish significantly the longer we are here, Top won’t invest into the club, so we are reliant on generating our own funds. Any half decent player will end up being sold on the cheap to plug financial holes in the club, and we will just end up stagnating….. The problem is, Top and Rudkin aren’t capable of running the club, so under this regime we’re ****ed either ways If we go up we will make a mess of it, if we stay here we will make a mess of it. At the end of the day it all comes back to one thing, Top has to sell for any chance of a recovery.

He will go after the Norwich game. I fully expect us to lose the next two games and they will sack him after Norwich.

This is what I don’t understand. Thomas has never really looked like he’s good enough for first team football, let alone starting at this level.

I think Thomas is a bad egg. Comes across as a well rounded lad, but Maresca didn’t wait to get rid, probably not just for a lack of ability.

What. With Soumare and Silko Thomas? They will walk all over us. This team is done.

They deserve everything they get….. they’re a disgrace to the shirt…. And this mentality is exactly why we are in the shit, and will end up becoming another Sheffield Wednesday as collectively the fanbase allows Top to carry on destroying the club.

Soumare? Ayew? Silko Thomas? Who has never looked remotely good at academy level?

This. We’ve got to place more emphasis on transitional football. This is why teams like Blackburn, Hull and Millwall can beat us comfortably. They have pace in the right areas and use it….. an overall lack of quality doesn’t really matter if you’re creating lots of chances, eventually you’ll score a couple. This persistence with playing in this way when it clearly isn’t working is infuriating. And, I blame Top mostly, as it is clear he is the one directing what he wants to see on the pitch, as Enzo said “He asked me to play like Man City”…… which clearly Marti isn’t wanting to push back on. We know that the club is ****ed, but it’s clear there’s major disparity between the board room and the manager. But Marti appears like he’s not strong enough to stand up to them. But we won’t attract a manager who will, because Top and his mate wouldn’t want any opposition. In short, we are in a state of hopelessness.

Not strictly true. The Thai culture generally are very bothered how people view them. If it’s on TV, and it’s completely empty it will bother Top. Plus, with the resale scheme it will really bother the club that if you prevent them from selling the ticket on and making more money.

How though? Please offer some insight… is chanting Rudkins a cúnt a better way? Or canting king power out? What people need to do is separate Top and King power from Leicester City, at the moment this iteration of Leicester City is despicable, it’s not Leicester city, it’s Top’s Play thing that’s he’s forgotten about and is leaving to rot. Defending the badge can be done in many ways, but I think that hitting Top and KP where it hurts will be the most impactful, IE, empty seats. Top is very bothered about how people view him and his assets… so empty seats will hurt him. Also, I’d be interested to know what people are supporting? Are people seriously supporting a group of players on massive wages, not putting In the effort required? Not giving a shit? Players clearly not putting in the effort to honour badge? This is a group of players who should be at the top of this league, just based on their alleged ability, and were about to enter a relegation battle….. so I’m interested to know what we are supporting? I could get behind previous poor teams, because it was a lack of quality, over a lack of effort. What’s happening now is just beyond words…… this lot are on three times the wages that the team relegated to league on were on, yet were potentially just as bad……..
