Again….. context. As an organisation we were small fry….. Now we’re not, it’s not recently bias, it’s understanding the current climate…we’re a mugs different club to then, we had it all and threw it away. So yes, because of what we’ve lost, this is very much the worst period in the clubs history, or it is at least developing into the darkest era.

I respectfully disagree. You’ve got to look at the whole picture….. in terms of actual football, it probably isn’t no…. I’ve watched Lavien, Megson, Holloway et al, and it was dreadful…. But as an organisation we were on our arse… we’d come from nothing we had nothing so expectations were low…. We were more on a par with those around us at this level….. we had a higher MON, because he like Nigel latterly, built a blueprint for success with a modest backings Whereas now, we’re actually a big club, the money that has passed through this club in the last decade is only eclipsed by the predictions big six…. Context is everything, pre KP and Nigel we were bang average… this excuse simply isn’t the case now, so we now find ourselves on the brink of a relegation battle following making a fortune that simply should have made this situation impossible……. We are the equivalent of winning the euro millions jackpot and spaffing it needlessly in two weeks .

I mean, I struggle to see how anyone doesn’t this this issue darkest period…. Prior to Nigel Pearson (and reluctantly KP), we were just an average club… but since then, we’ve had close to £600b pass through the club….. and we’re a million miles away from Forest, and now Coventry……..

Yes. This is the worse it’s ever been. Because before we had nothing and nothing to lose… Now we’ve more or less have everything, with a lot to lose. The finances that have passed through this football club over the last decade, mean that the position we find ourselves in, is frankly inexcusable…. The lack of accountability, lack of care, lack of identity is unforgivable….. The soul of the football club has been ripped out……. Before we were just little Leicester city, no we’re not, and have somehow pissed it all away.

It was. I’ll peddle this to the hills. Nigel’s vision of how the club should be run and set up facilitated success…..

We need to stop saying this. We are all well aware where the problems lay…. But, Cifuentes is shit. His football is shit, he continually tries the same formation over and over and over again. He’s not once tried something different….. he’s just become part of the issue.l because he is trying to play football his way, rather than play football that would suit this current crop of players. However, back to your original point, it’s probably fruitless moving him on, because under this regime, we’re ****ed.

What I meant was, we’re basically not making decisions because we’re terrified of PSR in acutely aware it’s entirely our fault, so we’ve actually ham strung ourselves!

He’s not getting sacked until we find out what’s happening with the PSR issue…. The club won’t want any potential fuel for the decision makers….. even though the financial years are different, it doesn’t look good for the books….. We’re terrified by PSR, so aren’t making any decisions at all….. and when we do they’re poor ones.

The biggest thing for me, is he isn’t trying anything else…… he’s persisting with this, whatever this is…. Trying to polish a massive turd…. Even on the state we’re in, this squad could still be paying better than it is. A change of emphasis on to what it can do will help…… Marti isn’t capable of doing that.

I agree with you, he hasn’t been very good at all, and he does have to minimal a bit, but this is the type of player he, he’s all gas and you have to play in this way to get the best out of him. He’s a limited player really when you look at his game but his strength make him exceptional on his day. Mavididi is more the type of player I’d expect to flourish in this team, because he can mix it up, however, he’s suffering a crisis of confidence and is woefully out of form because of this. Mongais the other, he doesn’t need speed or power, he’s got the ability to manipulate his body position, similar to Mahrez to beat players…. But he is 16……. If we played a slightly more counter attacking style of football, I would suspect we might be doing slightly better….

That goal was far too ****ing easy.

Abdul needs the momentum of the game to be on his side…. We play with zero counter or pace for that matter, every time he gets the ball he’s expected to produce something from a standing start…. He has been poor this season, but I attribute half of that to our style of play, which is far too slow….. if he played in a team that attacked with more pace and aggression he would be more consistent.

I do feel with Abdul it’s more down to what he is being asked to do…. The tactics Marti deploys are ****ing rancid, slow, ponderous unadventurous football…. The expectation is Fatawu created something from nothing all of the time… eventually that takes its toll…..

Bar a couple of wonder goals, other than Fiorentina he’s been pretty garbage.
