Feels like the footy equivalent of getting letters from TV licensing. We have the telly, but they can't prove we used it to watch Doctor Who that one time. Had we not been promoted, we could well be talking about administration and worse right now.

They're welcome to try it. From everything I've read today, they're more likely to tweak the wording to close the loophole we exploited than they are to scrap PSR outright.
