I think the most damning thing is that people are starting to vote with their wallets and feet. They're struggling to sell out games now, and there are visible gaps in the crowd - something that wasn't a problem even in the depths of 22-23, and was a very rare occurrence even at Championship level when a lot of us expected a lot of the 'fairweathers' to bugger off. Do King Power have enough z-list sycophants on tap to fill in the growing gaps in the crowd? I wouldn't put it past them to start flying in 'fans' from Bangkok for games, depends if they have more than the two busloads from the title parade willing to come to watch us draw at home with Oxford.

Another point to make - we apparently rated Cannon highly enough at the time to shrug off the medical and sign him while he had a back injury, and were willing to spend 2 months nursing him back to health before he made a whopping 13 appearances, mostly cameos from the bench.
