With the utter shite thats gone up, its a tough call for any of the established clubs to go down unless they pull off Leicester levels of incompetency. None of the sides going up were as good as we were the year before, so they need big investment. Leeds are only allowed to Lose a maximum of 60 million over 3 seasons due to PSR wank, tough ask.

Premier League has charged LCFC with an alleged breach of PSR

Its still way ahead of most the shite in that division. Bar a massive points deduction and having a manager with some amount of competence it would be a challenge to finish below 4th with utter shite like Sunderland, Cov and Bristol City getting into the Playoffs. With the points deduction part of me thinks we deserve whatever because of the sheer ineptitude at the club, the other part of me hopes the lawyer can screw over the Premier League and EFL as they seem to be the only organisation with similar levels of ineptitude within added to that corruption and now a vendetta, they really deserve to lose. The rules are absolute toss, and were written by a halfwit. -
Erique ball should be the future, screw Pepball let’s score some goals and rip teams apart

I think the issue is and was our midfielders and defenders are so shit that we are continually limiting our own attacking ability trying to plug the holes with other players who aren’t creative but maybe do more work covering for the shortness of others. Whilst the managers weren’t good, particularly Cooper who crafted this squad, the resources haven’t been good enough. -
Premier League has charged LCFC with an alleged breach of PSR

The massive issue for us is that we managed to get relegated in the worst possible season. Had we made the Champions League 2 seasons in a row or even once when City cheated that would have vastly made our financial situation better. Now we have been relegated the damage is huge, we will probably never get back close to the position we were in. -
2 star food hygiene we'll never sign that!
-
I think replacing with anyone who they had no point in backing was pointless really, unless the replacement came in aware of the shitshow. To expect someone to work and change something with literally nothing to work with was a tall ask of any manager.
-
To be fair I get why Forest fans love Cooper despite them all being weirdos. To them he pulled them from a long period of decline back to the big time. In fairness to Cooper he had a way of getting results, his football was absolute rot. I’m not sure if he had enough to keep us up, but as we had no intention of backing a replacement we should have just stuck with him, the outcome would be no worse.
-
The club will almost certainly believe it has.
-
That’s the difference they performed. In my opinion Winks hasn’t been outstanding, he did alright in the Championship but nothing special. I wouldnt say Ruud is our worst ever manager because he’s probably been given the biggest sack of shit to work with out of any manager whatever his faults maybe. Taylor, Holloway will always be the worst by some distance due to 1 taking an established Premier league club back to championship round 1 and taking the club to the 3rd tier for the first time. I’d even say the demise of Rodger’s was worse. Coming into a shit team with shit players, shit coaches, no backing in the transfer window and doing shit is kind par for the course! Honestly the best thing is a massive clear out, there’s a lot wrong at the club and it stems much further than a change of manager

Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official

2.5 years, **** knows why. It’s like they will issue a 3 year one to Martin. Why not say, if you are good we will extend after you win promotion or whatever. -
Be driving even further then. I imagine he would ideally want a southern club
-
1 day was likely a compromise for his family I imagine. Best case is he isn’t travelling 2 hrs each day. The club has clearly made an error in allowing this another example of daft culture. I’d say he has always looked tired physically, towards the end of last season particularly so. If many are travelling perhaps shows their disconnect, contempt for fans and general lack of footballing ability on match days I think his attitude seems bad with the sign and this, it’s not ideal, domes no smoke without fire. We don’t really know what other compromises other players who travel make. The club has the overnight facilities for a reason. If you are on a multimillion contract, really you should do as you are asked, within reason.
-
I mean to be fair if Martin came in under a new director of Football and a clear vision for the future mapped out that would actually be more tolerable.
-
it’s… Rebecca Vardy!
-
If you are driving 2 hours a day each way or even being driven, are you going to be at your best? I’d say not. When you are paid millions of pounds by a football club either move closer or accept you made a few nights away.
-
He’s about the same as Martin just a less tippy tappy. He didn’t win automatic promotion. Really if we want a proper promotion expert get on the phone to Warnock, Pulis, Hodgson, Allardyce, Redknapp, Pardew or someone!
-
It can be but with the way the club are I wouldn’t be surprised if they just dither towards something hoping it might go away. Have they acknowledged our relegation yet? Just our place in next years championship, are they ostriches?
-
There’s being loyal and there’s being blind. You can be loyal and still acknowledge the club is a complete shambles and the players do no deserve one second of clapping for their effort this year. Applauding that kind of shite normalises failure and makes players think it is acceptable to deliver that level of contempt on the pitch for fans each week. I don’t mind players trying and being shite, but there were some games where they didn’t even give 50% I’m not having that, I won’t accept or clap that.?
-
They will be waiting until June 30th it’s so predictable
-
He started off in the team under Cooper and was pretty poor. Got dropped. Id say his attitude appears questionable, you don’t hold up a sign about your previous manager because you were dropped, you knuckle down work harder and win over the next one. Holding little cry sign is weak. Then regardless of how shite you think a manager is, I have worked for many shite ***** who know less than me, you pay them a bit of respect for them to face and do as they ask unless it’s absolutely unreasonable, which 1 or 2 nights at an all inclusive resort in place of a 2 hour daily drive isn’t unreasonable for a bloke paid hundreds of thousands a week by the football club. He started of well here but he’s definitely faded.
-
Well there’s also no evidence it’s not going to happen either. If the club had some semblance of competence or open professional communication channels they wouldn’t have this going on. All they have done for the past 4/5 years is double down on any mistakes they have made to the point the can’t even say they were relegated. They are delusional. I don’t really see how anyone can back it support what’s going on at the club. I actually think it don’t be quick, they will probably tart around until June 30th ‘due to PSR’ already damaging the chances of any new man because they are that inept.
-
I think now it’s a tad more predictable, it’s plainly obvious the club are doubling down on failure
-
He’s gotta pop off on his jollies to bangkok
-
Same, if you could be in a position to give your wife and kids everything you’d do whatever it takes not cry about a few nights in an all expenses paid luxury golf resort. And Vestaguard with his chuffing dog, most normal people pay a lot of money for doggy daycare if they deem it necessary what makes these entitled bell ends better? I’m sick of them. I’d give a bit more leeway if they left it out there on the pitch but they don’t do that either.
