Oh the club are absolutely focused on the 10 year thing. Top and Rudkin are going to toss it off celebrating the past whilst fires burn all around them. Absolutely nothing will be happening here until after Top has had his day of memories with Thai influencers and Rudkin has come back from his annual cruise mid July.

I just realised the one thing we don’t do at our club that I ****ing hate with passion, goal music, what a load of sanitised toss, wow I found a positive 😂

While I agree the succession planning was awful from the club. The issue was never replacing Vardy, the issue was and still is that Jon Rudkin is a useless ****ing moron who spunked 200 million and didn’t deliver 1 half decent player in any position on the pitch let alone a striker.

With Dudkin still doing his ditheration of excellence I don't have any confidence we will get someone 'good' or in a timely manner. if we do get someone 'good' it will be more luck than calculated judgement.

The problem with Dudkin being at the wheel and his defined strategy for sustainable success is whatever money we have we will most likely piss it up the wall on weak as piss useless tippy tappy bell ends!

Remember the last time we went down by 20th of June Pearson was in place, by mid July we had signed a group of new players to add to the young and a few experienced who Pearson kept like Oakley/Howard

The only coherent view is that is the other useless ****s remain, given their previous form over the past few years, they will dither until July them employ someone even more shit

He was worse because he had 2/3rds of the season, a period where he managed to firmly set us as one of the worst sides in the division in many key metrics like clean sheets, pressing, distance covered, recoveries etc. All things that showed our direction of travel. While I agree they were both bad Cifuenrmtes is by far the worst manager we have ever had. I’m sure Rudkin is working on that though

Rowett was a massive let down yes, but I think there was a rot in this club, set in from months of poor coaching from Cifuentes, maybe a bit of it stems from bad preparation but a lot comes from the atrocious style, inability to set up a defensive unit. It’s basic football. It’s was like trying to stop the titanic from sinking, a difficult task. It was too little too late. I feel if Rowett had 4/6 more dames we may have stayed up. It was clear to me before Christmas where Cifuentes was taking us, I don’t buy the ppg bullshit as I saw the performances with my eyes, bar 2 or 3 games we deserved to lose every game under him.

I still find it unfathomable that Cifuentes somehow crafted a team that could get relegated from this utterly shit division and be incapable of keeping a clean sheet. I actually think Coco the clown could have set up a better defensive unit.

Let’s be clear here the main reason we got relegated was Cifuentes, not more than 2/3 games did he put out a team that deserved/earned 3 points. He got a lot of lucky James/Fatawu goals. Everything was awful and getting worse under him. As we left it too late and dithered, that cost us again. The reason overall is the dithering ineptitude of Rudkin which appears to be happening again. I fully expect an appointment in July sometime.

The comments here prove that Vardy did himself a disservice by being loyal. Even at Leicester he was world class, at a bigger club it wouldn’t even be a question. For me the fact he did it at Leicester and he stayed here makes him more world class, not being funny but none of the so called ‘world class’ strikers would have had the same impact that Vardy did here, no one.

Id say Vardy was world class at what he did. Id say he was world class anyway, to perform consistently for over a decade at the top level in a smaller club. He was unfortunate the England team had Rooney and Kane in it at that point, I think that Vardy would have done more in big games than either of those 2. Personally a lot of England Strikers have so much hype, largely Rooney and Kanes goals were scored against the likes of Andorra etc.

Genuinely find the folk of Notts one of the most bizarre species on the planet. Their bravado is obnoxious, yet slightly impressive at times. They are just another medium sized club from the East Midlands yet they genuinely see themselves at one of the greatest sides in Europe living in one of the greatest cities.

Hopefully the loss of morale sends them back to whence they came
