  1. I think this paints the Vardy's in quite a good light, they are far more grounded than anyone like the Rooneys could ever be. They seem to have protected the kids well, and I think the are aware of their privilege even if that has its challenges.
  2. They are ****ing unreal. No lessons learned, keeping on doing the same shit, definition of madness. I am rapidly losing the will to support this shit show now, it makes me so livid that they are such a bunch of clueless inept willy pullers.
  3. The Rudkin show continues. What absolute muppet signed a player in 22/23 season when we were struggling, and failed to put in a relegation clause. Pure incompetence yet again from the elite level football operations team and Jon Rudkin.
  4. Thing is I think a lot of the way we play is dictated by Rudkin, I’m not sure the managers have much say which is why we struggle to attract managers and the ones we have don’t change much. We haven’t really changed for 2 years, despite it evidently not working. It feels more than a manager/coach problem.
  5. This is it. I do respect King. I am not sure as a junior coach you are going to go in all guns blazing and tell a supposedly senior ‘coach’ like Cifuentes or Rowett that they are ****ing useless tossers. No blame can really be put on king imo.
  6. No one, absolutely no one could have cleared up the shitshow this season. The club employed a blithering idiot with no football management skill whatsoever, late. After several months of the blithering idiot progressively making everything worse and being bottom of several key metrics, we sacked the idiot, they had a period of delay before employing another idiot.
  7. I think his results show he has done more in the Championship than Marti, he certainly didn’t get relegated. Problem with Cifuentes is he didn’t have a plan A let alone a plan b!
  8. I think Bristol and South West is probably bigger than us surrounded by Forest/Derby etc. We are now on the scale of the mighty MK Dons thanks to Top and Jon’s lovin roadshow.
  9. It’s not really a problem to identify that the club is persistent in doing the SAME things and the fans can see EXACTLY how it will end. Some say the definition of madness. Why would the 2nd no mark sideways and backwards manager in 2 seasons who has no concept of defending be the right choice at this point in time? I’m genuinely interested how anyone could justify it.
  10. It’s alright, the way this club are predictably going through the motions I would say at least one of the bottom 4 spots will be ours. Will that be the first ever team relegated 3 times consecutively?
  11. Quick football operations big success we promote Jon
  12. I actually wish I could have gone to this game but there were a few factors stopping me. I fully feel people can act on what they feel best is for them. At the minute the state of the club makes me really angry, I love those players, that manager, probably the club but being around it ran by the current incompetents making **** up after **** up makes it very difficult and not enjoyable for me to be there, not to mention a hug waste on money. It’s so obvious the club needs to return to its routes, its identity. We have never been the possession dominator. Who says possession football is entertainment anyway? I want goals and attacking intent along with resolute defence and fighting spirit, we have none of that. The current squad, the ownership, the management aren’t fit to clean the boots of that team of legends, they did all deserve better, I hope one day the club can do better whilst Claudio is still alive. It wants a full stadium and a proper opposition.
  13. I mean I don’t rate Martin but I’d say Cifuentes is the shitter one. Probably if we appointed Martin last year we wouldn’t have been relegated like we were under that useless clown who has never won anything in his time in football.
  14. Bristol could be a huge side if they are ever competently ran. It seems for now they are at least a level above us in competency, just a few more birthdays before we think about a manager
  15. Count down to fixture release for the big season opener, wave your honesty flags!
  16. Wonder what the social media team will do now?
  17. Because thanks the the inept clowns running our club we are now the small time LCFC, in bottom tiers of football snd Lincoln are in the top tiers
  18. Once this is over any chance the club can begin to function like what it is a league 1 team?
  19. No real surprise from a club that worships a man as invincible for the supposed input into a title he had nothing to do with.
  20. I can 100 % say with assurance that unless there are massive changes we will NOT be promoted or even close. We are likely to be bottom half for sure. The fact we are at June and the clubs done **** all is proof.
  21. This is clearly a list of players in Jons little black book that he never got the opportunity to sign
  22. Top end a league 1 club is worth 30 million. Which is a problem.
  23. Football clubs largely are operated poorly. The rely too much on loyalty but treat those loyal fans so badly. Actually if you treat fans as customers properly, they are likely to get a better experience overall. No real business could get away with treating customers with such contempt and expect them still to come! There is a whole world of revenue opportunities the football clubs don’t even look at. They are lazy because so much money comes from TV.
  24. I don’t think there are many companies as such that own clubs. It’s normally an individual, what rich individuals are there in Leicestershire, particularly ones good at restructuring? This club needs a huge restructuring excercise carrying out, a serious round of redundancies, I suspect it won’t be popular especially among the KPFC loyalists. The Club really needs to be in a position where it is sustainable on its revenue. They need to make better use of the assets. I’d probably make Seagrave into a spa hotel and golf course resort (business away day venue) , mothball the football parts and return to Belvoir Drive. Does the turf bit make any money? The retail, ticketing and catering need a massive review, been third rate since KP came in, a massive missed opportunity when you see what some clubs are doing. Could look at some clever modern revenue streams too on top of season tickets, in fact the whole ticket model at present is dated.
  25. It’s just the way the club operates. Why keep Rudkin in the club, he will be reporting to Rudkin and Rudkin will have the final say. I guess time will tell if we bring in someone more inventive but I fully expect the usual garbage the club chases like Martin.
