Really surprised by the negativity here. We’re in league 1, Burns could be playing championship and some of their fans seem to think even PL level. A fast, direct winger with experience of getting promoted which is what we need above anything. You can’t rely on unproven young players to do that.

The more I read about him, the more I think he’s going to be a great signing. Ipswich fans absolutely love him (after reading the replies to this tweet) and in league one he should be very good. Seems another good character to have around the squad too which always helps and been something we’ve lacked massively as of late.

Must be legit if he’s followed by them lot!

I do love these types of signings that come out of nowhere, it is literally the unknown with them, it’s what makes it exciting for me. It’s low cost, low risk. He won’t be on a high wage. Get him and someone like Ballard in and we’ll be set up top.

I like the look of Keillor-Dunn, so I would be happy if it was him.

But then next thing we know, Marti is getting the job. So yes, I’m speaking from hope here, but we could well see another name like Challinor come out of the blue and we end up getting him.
