He is a disgrace. Regressing as a player when you're on nearly £100k pw in your prime. I find it hard to hate him but I don't know why. His time at lcfc has been shameful.

I remember the days where I'd worry about losing some of our players. Now i'm worried about the thought of keeping some of them.

Is it just me that's offended by the whole thing. So transparent and the fact it's being announced this late, and the day before we're relegated to League 1, stinks. A desperate cash grab after totally ignoring the squad from 10 years ago for so long. The whole thing just rubs salt into the wounds of where we are now. And as has been said, half the squad probably won't be there. And who plays them? The current squad? Some random D list celebs? And will Top turn up to milk some of the applause? It's actually unfair to put fans in this position at this time. Failure to show up and support our legends, or give the club money as they prepare for self inflicted bankruptcy.

Rowett will drop him for the next game in a desperate attempt to keep any remaining fans onside. I doubt he plays again until the new manager tries him out for his customary 5 games.

I would fully expecting him to go on strike in pre season, thinking he's too good for L1. Truth is, he's made championship defenders look like prime Maldini all season

I meant to say potential, not credentials 😂 but feel like he has the ambition and resilience needed to steer this absolute dead weight of a club around. Any appointment is going to be a gamble but someone with his energy, commitment and loyalty to the club is better than the average lcfc appointment

This is useful. I came here to ask (not sure if the right place), what hobbies or clubs would people recommend? I'm nearing 40. Go to the gym and play football every week, but other than that (and sitting in cafés and pubs), I don't do a lot. I feel like i need another interest (have binned off my ST too) but cant even think what that might be. I know everyone has their own interests, but I was wondering if anyone has picked something new up that's helped keep them in a more positive head space?

They'll mope around the periphery I'm sure, pulling their best disappointed faces. I'd personally quite enjoy a ghostly silence to accompany it.

I've cancelled after 14 years. I go on my own so no social element really, and it's over 3 hours travel per game. I've hated this season and not regretted any game that I've missed. But still very sad

Funnily enough im gonna spend Saturdays from now on sat in Sports Direct. Cheaper and more enjoyable.
