This is just the beginning of a horrendous slide and I'd be far less surprised to see us in League 1 in the next 5 years than back in the Prem.

Let's be honest, Ruud won't ve going anywhere for a good few weeks yet. The board are notoriously slow to make decisions and with a tough fixture list to come, they'll probably wait for a few more defeats so that no one outside the club can question another sacking. Obviously it'll be too little too late by that stage, but it's wasted energy to think they'll be working wonders behind the scenes.

I decided at about 5pm not to do the 120 mile round trip. It's a complete waste of time. I really wish the ground would just empty over half time, but some poor kid will be sat there watching their first game that their mum and dad have saved up for and will want to get something like their moneys worth.
