potter maybe but he won't come....think we need to go abroad for a young dynamic coach who's had success at a lower level, but is progressive and has a good record developing youth. We can't afford to buy ready made players who aren't passed their sell by date
It's true, some of the one touch, into space, running between the lines etc was superb.....but then it all disappeared along with his ability to motivate the players, his tactical acumen and subs just got worse and worse.
its pretty clear to me that the club went for cooper cos no one else wanted the job in the circumstances.......now we don't have a points deduction we need to get rid and get someone who understands where the opposition goal is...... won't happen as the board are spineless and TOP seems unable to lead.... very sad considering what Vichai did for the club
So true... a total disgrace by the the club to hide behind an 'environmental' excuse when gambling is well known to be linked to serious mental health issues when out of control...pathetic
'genuinely think Blackpool have a more competent manager than we do (Steve Bruce for those of you who don’t know'.....Hens teeth, that is bad...SB is a good guy I'm sure, but a woeful manager....we look utterly lost at present and Cooper seems to have terrible eyesight...Ricardo is one of the clubs best players and he can't see it....and please for gods play some youngsters at utd..we are going out..but they need to feel included..give them a glimpse of the future..
I agree with much of this……I want a coach who has a clear style of play but has some flexibility.. (got frustrated with maresca at times), but more than that I want a coach to set up with forward intent…… you can’t hope to survive on shithouse wins or expect a team to chase games when you pick 3 CDM,s ……lastly I want a coach with the ability to interpret a game and make proactive changes in a timely fashion…I don’t feel we’ve had a coach like that for a long time…
