Yes but the problem is when it's 1 mm or very close, how can they be sure that the point of release of the pass is spot on. I thought the origonal point of VAR was to eliminate the howler i.e. the bloke is 5 yards offside but the ref doesn't give it.

If he could play like that, & like he did against Bournemouth, he would be great. But he is so inconsistent. Having said that he does not deserve to be dropped after today & deserves to play on Tuesday even if Ricky comes back, which he must. As we are now at the stage where all that matters is the result, Hamza's enthusiasm, energy & tackling ability could be vital

Do We Want Southampton To Win Tonight ?
Angus Scott replied to Lutterworth Fox's topic in Leicester City Forum
We definitely want a Preston win as Southampton are still a danger to us. Even if Preston win they will still be 5 points behind Norwich with only 3 games to play & they have a minus goal difference so I would say they are out of contention -
The better side, more possession, but created very few clear chances. Where have I seen that before?

Who cares, he's useless

This thing about Daka having space is a myth

What's Nicky Summerbee & Billy Mckinlay doing nowadays?

I was thinking more from the fatigue point of view & any travelling problems they may have
-
Well let's hope so, as this could put us at a massive disadvantage. I thought I read somewhere that Wilf had been selected for Nigeria

One big downside for this game is it being a Friday lunchtime following the international break. I'm not sure how many of our players are on international duty, but those that are will probably not be back at the club until the Thursday morning & we will presumably travel down to Bristol that afternoon. So probably only 1 training session with the rest of the team. This could have a big impact on team selection

What Happens if we don’t get promoted

It doesn't bear thinking about -
Just had a look, sales very slow so far

Saturday 12.30 then I'd say

I love Stamford Bridge, one of my favourite away grounds, but the bottom tier is shit
-
Leeds had 5300 tonight
-
I would guess that it will be 2 on Saturday & 2 on Sunday
-
We know that we can beat Leeds & I'm sure we can beat Chelsea. I genuinely think that Chelsea would be an easier game than Leeds, Chelsea remind me so much of a more expensive version of us last season
-
Commentator said 5300 Leeds fans there & sold their allocation. Not sure what it would be for Leeds but I think we should get 15% of capacity which would mean about 5500, but I suppose it all depends on segretation
-
This will be our 15th cup tie over the last 2 seasons & only 3 of them have been at home
-
Knowing the EFL it wouldn't surprise me if they don't arrange it for the midweek before the 6th round
-
Enzo has done an unbelievable job in rebuilding our broken club. We were in such a terrible state at the end of last season I honestly thought we could well get relegated this season. That Enzo has rebuilt the club in such a short space of time is nothing short of incredible & most importantly he has reunited the players & fans. The man is incredible

EFL Officiating Abomination Journal 23/24

Probably the 3 worse referees we have had this season are all Premier refs:- England at Cov, Kavanagh v Boro, & that idiot last night. Premier League refs cannot now referee a game without VAR. I fully expect we will get a Prem ref v Southampton, especially as it is a Friday night game -
Leeds United (A) 3-1 - Post-Match Thread
Angus Scott replied to lnkstern's topic in Leicester City Forum
Totally agree. Our 4 centre forwards between them have missed so many chances & it has cost us a number of points. We definitely need a quality striker for next season -
Great golf course too

He's useless, that header today was pathetic, a 10 year old could have scored it, & on a par with the one he managed to sidefoot wide from 2 yards the other week.
