agreed, this isn't all on Marti. He is trying to change things with zero backing just like previous managers. Rudkin is incompetent and its a vanity project for Top who much prefers being anywhere but at the KP

agreed but heads have dropped. A goal or a crappy win from somewhere would make a massive difference. When you are low you feel sluggish but a win will create a buzz and a bit of zip and confidence

The guy doesn't have a striker that can actually score goals and that is not his fault. They need to back him and get a striker in. They are devoid of confidence again tonight after that late goal but they did come out with a bit of fight. They need to stick together and ride the storm and push through it. I think the whole group huddle was interesting and was designed to show they are in it together. Chopping and changing managers is not going to help the players. The board cannot be trusted either....they would hire Russell Martin. The championship is tight and tbh no team looks great. Middlesborough looked dreadful for their place in the table. We need a striker desperately.

I did think they put in more fight tonight and that Marti had instilled something in them but they got some stupid decisions from the ref and are so utterly devoid of confidence that the basics are not working at the moment. Tonight is going to damage that further. They just need to keep pushing and fighting. Hiring and firing managers every 2 seconds is not the solution

tbh I don't really care what they like or dislike....they are the problem. They don't supply a manager with support or any financial means to build a team. What are they planning - sack Marti and hire whoever wants the job next? They have no clue. They are the problem. Marti is at least trying to change things

exactly this and we are now falling so far the managers we can attract is few and far between. They just sack the manager and appoint whoever wants the job. The rot has been like this for too long. Brendan should of been sacked far sooner and yet now we just fire managers and hope for the best! We are never making it back to the premier league with this owner and board. They are recruiting the wrong players, not spending money wisely, not supporting a manager. Top is not bothered about the club - its a thing on his CV and to brag about but he doesn't really care - he cares more about polo!

The changes we need to make are the owner and the board. There is no point continually changing managers when they are given no support, no money to build the squad they want.......this has been going on for far too long now. Changes need to come from the Top - excuse the pun! When Susan left I knew this would just get worse. Rudkin needs to go!
