I want Rhol, but I completely get this. I don’t really now why, good PR on here I guess and Wednesday fans seem to love him. I Think about it like this, if we had a manger that everyone loved on fox talk there must be something in it. I would argue that since CR we haven’t not had that, even with success under meresca and Rodgers. If they love him he must be doing the right things not all weeks but most weeks. if of course I’m wrong and there are still reservation for the Wednesday fans and Han I have no idea. I guess it’s the unknown that intriguing. It’s worth noting also that I don’t want the young and unknown for the sake of it. I didn’t want Ruud, I don’t feel the love at all.

Giving youth a chance and really buying into that is the only way for us to be sustainable. I club of our size it really is the only way forward. When will they ****ing learn. You have seagrave now ****ing use it. I’ll go as far to say that unless you are in the top 8, with PSR in its current state, youth is the only sustainable way build and survive. Dyche is not the answer. Would that Burnley team survive in thr prem now. It wouldn’t and it didn’t.

Personally I think it will be Dyche. Leicester will just never pay the compo. They will think that have saved money and end up giving Dyche that in wages anyway. I wouldn’t be happy with Dyche I think his methods are fading, and he hasn’t moved on.

I actually agree, I think Dyche wage demands will be too high and Rhol too big a buyout. I don’t think they will even be looking yet, still be in a stand off with RVN. Just opinion.

Hopefully with these youngsters we have signed up we have changed that. He was flirting around first team when he left and was playing ok, thought he was better served at Porto, never even played for them. 23 years old and now signing for Blackburn. He was very wrong.

Ok thats a fair point mate. Perhaps there is no clear pattern that informs what I think they will do next. I’m so underwelmed by everything the club does recently that I am expect more of the same disappointment. I was never behind the decisions of cooper, smith or Ruud and I do think they were all obvious unimaginative appointments at the time. We showed imagination with Maresca and it paid off. We may have got lucky but I think we all could see how forward thinking it was. I know it’s easy to state this in hindsight but I think many feel the same. I don’t believe we will pay for the right candidate, like we should do with Rhol (IMO) like we should have also done with Corberan and Rosenior. (Also IMO) I think it will be freeby and it will be one of the merry go round of obvious unimaginative appointments we and the rest of the football world expect. There are about 11,000 football managers in the world, (employed) there are only about 100 of them that would turn us down. There must be more out there than unemployed managers with recent failure's on their CV that our fan base can behind and dream of progression. I hope they prove me wrong, and whoever they get I will back them.

I’m judging this on our current finances, and recent lack of imagination. It might not be a journey man but recent appointments of cooper, smith and Ruud and Rodger’s all point towards the type of appointment we will make. The difference this time is we are in the championship with a points deduction. So yes I think it will be a freebie, prior experience of domestic league will be paramount and I’m not sure what style they are going to be becuase there appears to be zero plan. I don’t think you can be begrudge my lack of expectation. 3 of the last 4 appointments shave been truly woeful.

This will be PSR and Ruud will be sacked around July 1st but we all know we won’t have sorted a replacement out. They will release the news of sacking and it will be followed with “Leicester now begin search for his replacement”. The replacement will be out of work and will be based here with prem or championship experience and it won’t be experience of success, it will be failure or just mediocrity. Many of us will scratch our heads and many will clamber around trying to find positives and find rationale to justify it like we have to with nearly all signings. This will be the rinse and repeat process until king power have gone and they are going no where.

Because then we will finally know exactly who really is the worst player to player for us in the last 25 years. It’s a really head scratcher 😂
