Many of us will scratch our heads and many will clamber around trying to find positives and find rationale to justify it like we have to with nearly all signings. This will be the rinse and repeat process until king power have gone and they are going no where.

If he has played a premier league level as a player could he have had the opportunity to have achieved a similar record a level higher. Given the mess we are in and current culture at the club. I think Southgate would be brilliant. I would give him and his team full autonomy to sort out the entire structure. This comes from a culture and atmosphere prespective, I’m not actually a fan at all of Southgate’s tactics or overall football. he could set us up long term even if he is not the one who reeps the reward!

This is true, however If there is one thing I have taken from season is that I wouldn’t not trust these players. I personal think this guy is a loss, and he will be relived to out of the circus. The fact he is happy to go a work for Tan shows what a circus it could be.
