I would disagree with this, I think he has only been talking about and playing young players once relegated but they didn’t get a shout when it actually mattered. Didn’t he play Ayew, BDR and Vardy like 5 games in a row in the middle of our crazy losing streak. He should be remembered for eventually trying to play youth when every game was basically a friendly. His man management of one of the most talented young players to have in our team for some time in bounenotte has been appalling in my opinion but I guess we didn’t really know what has gone on. If it’s all true I do agree with your point re discipline and everything else.
