Ha ha me and his dad are fat ****ers he will be fine. Don’t have issues with people hammering him everyone has bad days. I think he’s had more good days than bad but again I’m bound to be biased.
-
It is what it is, football is opinion based so I fully understand some don’t think he’s good enough but of course I will always disagree. A small minority hammer him and I just have to ignore it. Does he try to bulk up and are Leicester on it? yes of course but I don’t think any of understand the amount of calories they burn in training and matches, it’s crazy. He will get there I’m sure. Loves the club and is a fan so absolutely living the dream.

It’s me what do you want to know? I don’t post much now as some of the shambles that is posted just frustrates me. He’s not everyone’s cup of tea though and I understand that

I fear we will be unable to keep them all happy, now we don’t have Europe there’s nowhere near enough games -
I keep promising myself I won’t comment for obvious reasons as I know it’s the minority, I however I can’t help it. His stats from Sunday are: Luke Thomas against Crystal Palace: 94 Touches 51 Passes 1 Chances Created 3/3 Long Balls 1/2 Crosses 2/3 Aerial Duels 3/6 Ground Duels 2 Tackles 2 Blocked Shots 2 Interceptions 1 Clearance So what I read is he’s crap in Ariel duels which the above highlights is not the case. I haven’t compared stats against Justin for example but I can’t imagine it will be massively different. I think it was also mentioned about crosses and assists. On Sunday he put two decent crosses in one for Daka who missed the header and then put one over to Lookman. My personal opinion is he’s been unlucky on assists for example the chance for Lookman who should have done better and was a great ball by Luke. He’s an England u21 international with talks of Southgate watching him for the main England team yet the minority think he’s not good enough and should go on loan when did we become so entitled? Is he the finished article? absolutely not but he continues to develop and hold his own against some of the best players in world football. He’s 20 years old so physicality for example will improve as will his general play. just my views I accept I’m bias but some of the stuff being said is just rubbish. If we are going to criticise which is absolutely fair back your statements up with the facts.

I’ve given up trying to defend him as it’s absolutely pointless. Football is all about opinions the vast majority of fans understand he’s young and inconsistent and will go on to become a valuable player for us. The minority think his rubbish, too slow, can’t defend, can’t attack and needs a loan. Time will tell I suppose, I know which camp I’m in and I’m obviously bias but I have to laugh at the ones that hammer him when he has a poor game but when he’s good are none existent. Rogers picks the team, Rodgers sees the players daily yet still picks him, granted some of this may be because everyone is injured and he has no choice but he’s playing. He has played lots of games of elite football this season and more than expected. I’m sure even his haters can agree playing 3 times a week would be a little draining and that he may become a little tired now and again and put in a performance deemed as poor.

Yes we are as is Luke

Luke doesn’t have covid. It’s been reported in the papers what his injury is now and obviously I have to be careful what I say but I don’t want some fans to think he has covid as he went to the darts as this simply isn’t true- 521 replies

Injuries are part of the game I think everyone is in agreement that with less players to pick from you can’t rotate and this puts pressure on the others to play lots of game and likely to pick up injuries. To some degree the injuries have benefited Luke so I can’t moan but as a fan I look at this and think it can’t be right that our squad is decimated and the premier league just add the rearranged fixtures in Jan. Madness really -

I can assure you it’s not covid. Strange Rodgers didn’t confirm what the injury is -
He made his debut in July 2020 when we were in lockdown. His first game in front of Leicester fans was the FA cup final. He played away Europe when they allowed 600 home fans in one of the games but that’s all

Already have done mate
-
That’s me. Was getting hammered a few months ago by some as not good enough. Shows what a run of games does. yes I’m his uncle but he was ****ing class tonight and underrated
-
Time to get the Leonardo song back but reworded ohh his name is Lukey Thomas Leicester's number 33 yes he cost us ****ing nothing cos he came from the academy ill get my coat
-
He was there yesterday I saw him a couple of times
-
Go back and read the original post he has suggested Thomas was not influential. Every single player on the day were influential in us winning the cup. Thomas was very good in the final and regardless of if it was a 5 yard pass of not he got the assist which got us the winning goal which would not of happened if he played this to someone else.
-
And your post was drivel. Semantics or not he got the assist for the goal if he doesn’t play that pass we don’t score the goal and surely you understand that.
-
Well he’s put him into the first team and playing him so like him.
-
I have read your comment and I fundamentally disagree with your view of his performance in the final hence me calling you out.
-
I’ve been open before and made it know I’m his uncle. I don’t mind thomas getting criticism I’ve been a fan all my life so I get just as frustrated and annoyed when we play shit. What I disagree with is your view of him in the FA cup final. The comment above I have no issue with.
-
I’m far from a troll I’m calling you out on your comment. Thomas got the assist in the FA cup final and you have made out he was non existent. You don’t like that you’ve been called out for talking rubbish. I think most proper fans will say Thomas was very good in the final but you seem to disagree.
