  1. He’s better, I’d love to see him more. But best in the league? No.
  2. What I’ve noticed is that he can carry the ball forward, but simply cannot cross without stopping for a second and letting the defenders catch up with him, at which point he has to pass backwards.
  3. I mean, I don’t know why you’d want me to. Need me to show you old ticket stubs too? 😂😂 I’m 39 bud, I don’t think it’s hard to believe that I’ve been to 50+ better gigs than Oasis in 2002 at Birmingham NIA. However, if I’d been at Knebworth then I’m sure it’d be a different story as that one was iconic.
  4. Very very true. My Mrs likes her, and I think that’s probably why she annoys me so much because it’s often on in the kitchen etc. Some other female artists are better. I got wedged in at the barrier at Leeds Fest in 2018 (I think) and Dua Lipa was on next so I just stayed to see what all the fuss was about. She was cracking. Better voice than Taylor and a hell of a lot more attractive too.
  5. Can’t bloody stand her. I don’t get why she’s become such a mega star. The songs are poor.
  6. Blink are shit live too but the reunion this year was a blast. Tom can’t sing for shit and his guitar playing is poor: Sometimes it doesn’t matter if the event is fun. Oasis and Arctic Monkeys kinda just stand there and play without much else (in my experience).
  7. Made me chuckle. But you’re correct in general. Noel wrote some cracking tunes in the early days. I’ve seen them live before and I wouldn’t even say it was in my top 50 gigs. A load of mates were up for Heaton Park, so it seemed like it’d be a good day out - but it’s certainly not worth the hassle or those inflated prices.
  8. I believe the term is musician 😂😂
  9. Travesty that venue is a bloody corner shop now
  10. I agree with this. I feel a bit ridiculous for getting caught up in the hype in the first place. The novelty wore off pretty quick in that queue. I notice that coaches are like £50-60 too. I don’t care about the reunion that much to spend over £200.
  11. Another overreaction. Yes, this is probably his last season, but he wasn’t the problem yesterday.
  12. This will be overshadowed by Declan Rice’s red card. The When You’re Smiling podcast had a few things to say about him though.
  13. He’s supporting Oasis
  14. I think it depends what prices they’re kicking off about. Some got to the front of the queue and all that was left was “ticketmaster premium” which was £355 for a standing ticket. That’s pretty poor. My group got Manchester tickets in the end, but by that point I was already fine not going.
  15. Let’s see how we get on with Edouard. At his age, Jamie simply cannot continue to start every week.
  16. Decent today. Much better than expected.
  17. You simply cannot reason with that level of incompetence. However, all the berating probably didn’t help!
  18. It’s why Ward started for us for so long in 22/23
  19. 😂😂 It’s not working bud
  20. I was getting tickets for 3 mates who cared more than I did. I wasn’t going alone you silly bell pipe 😂
  21. I’m not that fussed. I saw them in the early 00’s and it was an average live show. Sitting here this morning I started to question how much I actually want to go. £150 back in the bank. 😁
  22. There will be more dates released when these sell out so I’d stay in the queue if you’re bothered.
  23. I’m in multiple queues
