I think it's probably the lack of transparency, they may well have things lined up to go as and when our league status officially changes, but the silence means everyone's just guessing about what's going on. However I would argue depending on how much we let a new manager affect our transfer targets, then the summer is probably the most improtant time to act as quickly as we can.

Easier to sign players directly from South America now, as long as they've picked up enough points for a permit, which I think if they've played in the Libertadores or Sudamericana is quite easy to do.
