He's done fairly well at keeping teams in the league that appeared to be in trouble. He also did pretty well at Millwall taking a side that had finished 21st the year before him, he then never finished outside the top half and had them very close to the playoffs twice. I don't want him on a long term deal but as an interim I think he'd be fine, I'd rather that then them rush a long term appointment and someone better becomes available in the summer.

We also have numerous other lads in the academy who we'd benefit from having around the squad more than loaning a young lad from elsewhere
