This side lacks basic drive, leadership and application. It must be tough for the managers we've had to prepare them, motivate them and then see the level of 1st half performances we've seen in the last 3 seasons + . Sundays and Wednesdays 1st half performances were shocking and indicates a major issue in the mentality of these players. It is positive that we are slowly losing some of the deadwood but I'd like to see a much more decisive cull as there's still a good 8 players we really need to see the back of.
