  1. Guess it isn't too surprising given Brendan Rodgers was able to get the better of him in a cup final, but what a disappointment Tuchel is.
  2. totally lost off the back of how tuchel managed the game.
  3. It's just the worst feeling of all time being 1 goal up with more than 5 minutes left and watching your team decide to grind out a win it almost never wins it's excruciating often conceding totally knocks the wind out of you and you're liable to concede a second just a mess also looool at 9 minutes extra time
  4. it's so funny that we actually already signed one of these and i forgot
  5. I agree with this, I'd guess Merino if Spain wins. Hard to say when there's still two games to play. Speaking of Spain, best young player will almost certainly go to Lamine Yamal (undeservedly imo) or Cubarsi, although I think Manzambi from Switzerland would have cleaned it up if he didn't get injured before the RO16/QFs.
  6. Their kits for wimbledon have been ace, wouldn't say no at all
  7. not a single "star" on the arsenal "super team" has done anything to impress me for England.
  8. not sure who he'd start over tbh
  9. I've prayed for Umbro for years, but I'm also quite keen on Mizuno as I love their running shoes and their Lazio kits have been tidy.
  10. Find it very hard to see anybody except France winning right now, although the beauty of the cup is it only takes one off day and they're out. Quite a run of dominance from them though, that's semi-finals three world cups in a row at worst.
  11. One of two things: a) he has a good football brain but as he was so good probably struggles to explain to players what he wants from them. or b) as someone who has never played football at 1/1000th the quality of someone like Rooney, I'm easily impressed by little tactical insights but actually they're fairly asinine for the level they're talking about.
  12. which team does he play for?
  13. I'd guess that had a lot more to do with a very underwhelming showing by them vs Iran and Egypt and then barely squeaking past Senegal than it had to do with the US being good.
