  1. He has only himself to blame. Taking jobs left and right like it's a videogame. There was no logic behind accepting the job there. Now he'll get sacked before Christmas.
  2. About the UI. Ofc you'll get used to it eventually but this doesn't mean the design is decent. Far from it. It's very bad, it's not ergonomic, it's not intuitive, it's like an IPhone UI designed by AI. Played 2 games before refunding, ME looks good, not quite sure all my instructions were reflected there but I don't expect this to happen 100%. I've got Gamepass anyway so the refund was a bit easier to do at this stage because the game will be on my library on the 4th November but I can't say I'm not disappointed.
  3. And...refunded. Wow. What a complete mess they made with the UI. I can't believe I've just refunded a Football Manager game I'm playing since the first iteration in the 90s.They had 2 years. 2 years and they came up with this abomination of UI and I'm not even certain they haven't used AI for it. I'll wait and see if someone manages to completely mod this farce. Well done Miles. Is this the way to treat your loyal base of customers for decades? Very disappointed here.
  4. We all know what it's happening. We just don't have evidence like the FBI. Families and friends of these professional players are involved indirectly and there's a huge mafia organised group behind all major sports. We know it's happening in football in Europe, we just can't prove it. If people think the same isn't happening in PL they're deluded. Billups and Rozier are huge names there, I can't even imagine what's actually going on behind the scenes in leagues like PL, Serie A or La Liga. The corruption must be 10x times bigger than the NBA in European football.
  5. Surely the Scottish league must be one of the worst in the planet right now. Terrible quality and clueless overpaid wannabe managers like Rodgers manipulating the system to get their bank accounts loaded.
  6. Billups, Rozier and Jones arrested for illegal gambling and sports rigging via organised crime with mafia connections. More arrests to follow and the case has global depth. This is just the tip of the iceberg ladies and gents. It's what most of us knew is happening in major sports. The corruption is huge, these millionaires (players, managers, coaches, agents, owners etc) are criminals. Not only they're making millions for doing nothing but they want more via criminal activity. The teams/clubs worldwide are also to blame for letting their brand names participate/used in official betting. If I was the owner of our beloved Leicester City I wouldn't allow any betting companies to use the club in any sort of betting activity or just demand 100M for each game the club is used by betting companies. 100M from each of them every week. Some might say I'm exaggerating but I'm not. Betting has killed thousands, destroyed the lives of millions probably yet it's still allowed by the corrupted governments that know what is happening behind the scenes and these governments are practically collaborating with the mafia. I'll probably copy/paste this to a few other topics if this is OK with the mods of the forum.
  7. I don't want to sell them for millions. I want to sell them for a few pounds. Soumare to Forest for £1.99. Thomas somewhere in Siberia for £0.99. Skipp to Rwanda Tigers for £0.50. I want to experience the virtual satisfaction I'm ruining their careers. Or whatever they think they have.
  8. This new format unfortunately isn't working. A lot of blowouts, a lot of teams can qualify under mediocre performances, there's always enough room to avoid elimination. There's no much pressure and it reflects on scorelines.
  9. Yes it is. The CPU on consoles is too weak to manage long term calculations needed for long saves.
  10. Fanatical at £38.99 with advanced access tomorrow for the beta.
  11. It's gonna be the same as PC afaik under Unity Engine. The issue again is that you can't use mods in console unless they've announced something I'm not aware of. So console it's just out of the equation if you want immersion. You won't be able to fix licensing issues, no faces etc.
  12. I'm gonna sell them all below minimum wage to Poundland FC.
  13. Doesn't change the fact they're awful at the back.
  14. Everything will change tomorrow evening. Football Manager 26 and I'm getting rid of all of them. I'm not even gonna keep Fatawu in the team. They're all gone.
  15. Slot is losing the plot now. It looks like he's transforming Liverpool to a proper Dutch team. The defense is laughable, I'm focusing on their CBs and they're all over the place, their positioning every second is awful. He needs to heavily balance this team which is HIS now otherwise he'll be sacked by Christmas.
  16. Lovely to see Marinakis' main team getting thrashed (though the 2nd yellow card to the Olympiakos player was a joke). His side project (Forest) is also collapsing day by day.
  17. Their fans probably believe the team will manage to avoid relegation battle because it's too big to go down. Wait until late December. If they're still bottom 3 things will get toxic inevitably. Tbh when you bring in Mavropanos as a sub you're in serious trouble. You're also in serious trouble when under these circumstances you give the green light to Bowen to be the major guest of the first official hands on playthrough of Football Manager 2026.
  18. This Thiago lad is class and you can tell just by his post game interview.
  19. Nuno doesn't have the players to play his way. Todibo, Scarles, Peters and Irving are Championship quality at best.
  20. Nah, wait a bit more. With a little bit of luck it will be Leeds, West Ham, Forest. I still believe Wolves will start winning games.
  21. True but these F1 teams and the people working behind the scenes have strict goals and targets. The "hold your positions" instruction wasn't made by just one person and they probably had a reason to say that.
  22. Yes Sainz was already out of the race but Colapinto's decision to overtake resulted to Gasly losing 2 positions instead of 1. This is why he was instructed to hold position and keep Bartoleto in the 19th position. I reckon though this is rocket science for Colapinto judging by his response "He's slow!! ". Yes lad he's slow and he'll end up 19th if you overtake, hold your position so the team does a 17th/18th instead of a 17th/19th.
  23. I'm sure he'll get a proper telling off tonight by the team. He was instructed to hold positions because it was obvious Bortoleto was faster than Gasly. If Colapinto held his position Bortoleto wouldn't have been able to catch up and overtake Gasly.
  24. They won't need one. This will finish 4-1.
