  1. Consider yourself lucky. I got a yellow card from Taylor and a second one from wife.
  2. Sanchez clearly extends his right hand a second time after he was beaten and the ball was already passed over him. The rule is clear and you can see it on the replay. I can understand an argument if it was actually a pen but as long as it was given it's a red by the rule.
  3. GK extended both hands and caught him with his right one when the ball was already passed over him. Soft or not it doesn't matter. As long as the pen was awarded it must have been a red. These refs don't know the rules.
  4. If it was a penalty it should have been a red card because the GK didn't attempt to play the ball. Double jeopardy rule doesn't apply here. Officiating is a joke.
  5. Maresca's luck will soon run out and this Chelsea team will get demolished 7, 8 or 9-0 by a top team.
  6. Chelsea lucky they're not 2-0 or more down already.
  7. It might sound an excessive comparison but what Vardy does is mental considering a lot of players his age, including Messi and Ronaldo, have moved to "pensioners" leagues. This alone with all his achievements so far elevates him to Hall of Fame status internationally.
  8. Yeah sure. They were inventing the same excuses when Drinkwater wasn't playing. KDH will leave on loan next summer the latest. My guess is he will leave this winter transfer window.
  9. Where is this fellow fan who was telling me PGMOL won't allow Premier League to slaughter us with decisions like this today? Some people are so naive that think these 2 corrupt bodies can't work together to destroy whichever team they like.
  10. Sack Cooper by Monday and put a random fan from our forum in charge for the game. 4-0. Simples.
  11. Can't deny it, I was expecting 0 pts from all these games so far and we have 2 pts. I've already posted my thoughts about Cooper before the appointment. If anybody thinks Cooper is a football manager I will gladly sell you some castles (2 of them) I have in Pluto. If you don't like castles I have 3 fields for sale in Venus and a farm with a pub in Mars. For the latter you need to be quick before Jeremy Clarkson makes an offer.
  12. The game against Greece is going to be a good test. This greek national team is very good, possibly their best ever in terms of quality on the pitch.
  13. Simon Jordan wants a league based on drama outside the pitch and behind the scenes. He makes more money under this status quo. He doesn't care about fans and the sport.
  14. I agree with you but I'm not fully convinced there's integrity, morals and fairness in top level football. It's like politics and politicians. There's corruption. If you're getting on their way they have the power to bring you down. I know it sounds a bit silly but the sport has largely derailed off its roots and purpose nowadays and it makes me more pessimistic unfortunately. I hope I'm completely wrong.
  15. The Premier League statement against the Appeal Board is absolutely appalling and disgusting. They're responsible for this farce, they're responsible for this joke of a sport they're ruining week in week out. Meanwhile teams like Man City and Chelsea are untouched. Oh, there are 115 charges so we'll make a decision by 2077. I'm afraid they'll "teach"us a proper lesson through VAR decisions this season.
  16. Shocking penalty VAR decision. Vinicius kicks the GK with his foot and throws himself to the ground. You could see it easily in real time and the replay makes it even more clear. It's simple what it needs to be implemented. Red card for same incidents and an instant 2 months ban for these overpaid primadonnas who are killing the sport alongside FIFA.
  17. If Cooper gets sacked we might be the first team in the history of PL putting up a vacancy for a manager on Indeed because there's no way any of the available managers will accept the job. League Two clubs do it for stats and tactics analysts with Football Manager experience (eg Bromley), we'll probably do it for a manager. I'm ready to apply.
  18. A bit unfair? How would you have worded the statement? There's a photo of Sven with our badge, the club pays respects fully and wishes to the family. What more do you expect? It's a sad moment, it's not easy. Are you finding it easy to express yourself in similar occasions? I don't.
  19. I don't think anybody knows what's happening. They've ruined the sport big time. I don't blame the officials though, this is their agenda. I blame the fans who are paying massive money to watch this dross. We should boycott the sport until they bring back the rules of offside, handball etc from the 80s and 90s. And while they're at it scrap the 5 subs and go back to 3. Personally I'm not having fun watching football right now. I'd rather watch baseball.
  20. Yeah, there was also a missed foul back in 2019.
  21. O'Neil is getting the sack after this.
  22. This will finish 3-1 or 4-1 to Wolves.
  23. At some point before that stupid second goal I was thinking we might get away with a point. We were bad but Fulham were lethargic and we've managed somehow to bring them down to our level. This situation didn't change much even after we've conceded the second. The question is where do we go from here. Cooper needs to change his tactics, this passive approach won't get us anywhere. We need to be more adventurous and if we go down let's go down by fighting and by playing some attacking football. Also not appointing a manager like Will Still or Hurzeler was a huge mistake. There are some relatively young managers out there who have good tactical knowledge. I don't care if they spend hours and hours playing Football Manager like Still and Hurzeler. I prefer it to the footballers who play every day EA's football abomination.
  24. Everton and Forest are Championship sides and they're still in PL so I can't see your point. Also for 45mins we were the better side vs Spurs and today we have gradually grew into the game and been better from the 35mins-49mins.
