  1. I hate the clown more than I ever did Puel and wasn’t sure that was possible.
  2. I know it’s not new news….but have we had such a tactically inept manager in the last 10 years?
  3. Just side foot that Wilf FFS
  4. JJ getting out paced by Cucurella highlights how JJ offers absolutely nothing nowadays. He used to be rapid at least.
  5. The stat that came up a minute ago is WHY there can’t be a defence for Cooper. We’ve conceded first 10 out of 12 PL games and considerably the highest in the league.
  6. Faes is so physically and mentally weak isn’t he?? I’ve been super consistent with my hatred of the floppy haired twat. How he has been one of few players who has played every minute is damning.
  7. Just sums up the media’s blatant disregard any football club outside the “big 6”. Like you say, that comment about our defending is comical considering our stats so far this season see us in the bottom 2/3 clubs for pretty much any metric.
  8. Peter Crouch then said we haven’t taken to Cooper because of the Forest links 🙈
  9. Didn’t see your reply mate and did a much longer post earlier in response BUT the fact only Facundo (loan player) makes our starting 11 from all the signings. I’d rate that as a pretty turgid window…especially when add up how much we spent not comparable to the Adam’s’ era as an example.
  10. 1/10 might be a bit hyperbole but let me give a bit more rationale. We had an abundance of DM’s yet spent 1/3 of our budget on a player that for the past 5/6 games on the bench and whilst I like Skipp, for the money spent vs improvement to starting 11 it currently is a miss. Facundo on loan is clearly a big win but with us having nearly zero chance of making it permanent it takes the edge off slightly. Okoli whilst it makes some type of sense…we clearly needed a CB with pace BUT I then considered the re-signing of Jannik as a bit of a poor business decision. We have the same FB’s that got us relegated two seasons ago and this wasn’t addressed so that played a MASSIVE part in my 1/10. Bilal might turn out a decent signing but once again our option for wingers is probably same/worse than last season with Yunus offering more than Reid. Ayew has been a pleasant surprise but still can’t get my head around signing him when picked up Reid and how he still looks so unfit that he would struggle to influence a full 90 minutes. Reid is awful and Edouard doesn’t get picked when Vardy isn’t in the squad. For what was needed and what we ended up with…a very unbalanced squad IMO.
  11. Our summer transfer window right now would rate about 1/10 - pure muck considering the importance of getting it right. Zero faith, zero interest in us/football right now….sad state of affairs.
  12. If our inept owners, who didn’t account for having to sack Rodgers in our last PL outing, haven’t learnt their lesson and put aside a kitty for “sacking Cooper”. Then, I genuinely worry about how they function as business in all other areas of King Power.
  13. That stops the “players are playing for Cooper” nonsense that was being spouted earlier in the season.
  14. Why?!? I thought today and the League cup game proved that he offers so little. His role against a tired, 10 man Ipswich for the goal was top stuff but his overall game is so lacking, his inclusion hurts my brain.
  15. Winks is clearly one of the players struggling the most going from Enzo to Cooper. He’s gone from an excitable, little puppy to a moany, old dog overnight. Not saying that Winks hasn’t been hit and miss this season but a damning sign for Cooper.
  16. What?!? Bouba was a huge reason our midfield was non existent and conceded 5 goals and many other chances like multiple other games by having zero positional awareness.
  17. Mads, Abdul and Facundo?
  18. Not disputing that Read the thread/room and people are disputing about replacing Cooper or not. I merely predicted that a Gary O’Neil Wolves finishes higher in the PL than a Leicester under Cooper. We have zero identity, all you have to do is read a few pages back and the in depth analysis from Dom.
  19. Wolves have been in the majority of their games though haven’t they? Reckon defensively they are susceptible but they keep Cunha fit, they’re a much better outfit than us, which is a sad reflection of our downfall. They’ve been in most of their games and unlike our first 10 games had a hideous fixture list. There is zero chance that we finish above Wolves this season if we stick with the handbrake that is Cooper.
  20. More than happy to be proven wrong and get pelters for it but people clamoring for Bouba must have had a Men in Black memory wiping moment. Against United, Pipes on WYS commented on his obvious out of possession flaw and whilst I’d love to be proven wrong….but when he doesn’t track a runner and offers zero tactical awareness, will this be the last time that we hear how amazing Bouba is?
  21. I’ll take you off the “Cooper - Maybe” list mate.
  22. I typically love your posts mate and know you’ll never have a bad word against Patson. But how many times did he actually do what you described to great effect when compared to some of his Sunday league level misses? He’s clearly an upgrade on Edouard though who looks like he struggles to stand up straight. But if Patson has surely shown over the years with us that he is not the long term solution surely?
  23. Brilliant? 🤯
  24. Got to give him credit for that. Against 10 men and when there is chaos, his technical ability is clearly an asset but him against midfielders that run will always scare me. Bouba off the ball is the issue.
