It’s five years from being approved which is 2028 and they only have to start it.

The management have made a total mess of everything. Needs a new set of people at the top. King power ( top ) has let other people run Leicester which was a massive mistake -

Looks like mismanagement to me. Should have seen what was going on and done something about it -
