There is no loss as Winks chose to accept the terms offered by the new club, remember a club came in and offered Winks, he (his agents) looked at this and accepted accepted and signed. Check contact law and the football laws governing transfers. Remember not a termination, a mutually agreed transfer. A massive difference
-
This is just untrue, he parted by mutual termination not like Vesty who had his contract terminated, therefore reaching a settlement under contract law, Winks however agreed a move, we got a fee and Cagliari gave a contract to him, didn't matter if Winks had 10 years left, we didn't have to pay him up.
-
Rob Tanner answered about Cody, once the club has sold the player their contract terminated with us and a new contract signed elsewhere takes on all aspectsof that players wage, no wages come from us, same for Winks. We may have said here's a bit to leave but 100% we don't pay anything now.

Super close, needs to zoom in more, as it looks like its touching

I genuinely don't get it. Every time he plays his on goal stats are 0 and thats not just finding the net, shots, shots on target, assists, he'll have a few passes which are always backwards or sideways, hes an impotent passenger leaving us essentially playing every game with 10. If he has a yt highlights you would think its when someone tricked their way into a footy club. 6 decades of watching our beloved City and for me arguably the most charlatan useless waste of space I've seen!.
-
Aww, that's a lovely gesture thank you. I just felt i had to do something. All the best to you and yours. The Foxes family, 100% Leicester!!

I must admit until Shef U away I kept up hope we'd be fine, definitely another season in the championship but we'd be fine. Then after MC went into that game with no type of change to a team we'd lost to barely over a month before, i thought with any points deduction, these players and MC i could see us going down. It somehow got worse, now I see only relegation for our club, yet the more terrifying thought is Top still won't sell, probably won't learn and there are darker places we may go.

Im very ill and bedbound and don't have a great deal of money but I've gave you what I can. My club was something that always lifted my spirit, now its adding to breaking me. I hope you succeed!! And thank you.

Even before that we always had respect. I worked all over the country and it was surprising how many would say they liked us and had a soft spot for our club and how they remembered great games win, lose or draw against us. Now I would hiding from the banter, I feel for all our fans that now face mockery and derision from all walks.

The trouble is since Vichais passing Rudderless has been like a surrogate father to Top. In their culture Rudderless probably has infinite loyalty points. Top will only defend him, he won't haul him in over coals, he'll not see him at any fault and the situation will stay the same until this is broken. Sadly it seems just like Sean Bean, only Rudderless can kill Rudderless, it won't be Top

Abduls going nowhere, he genuinely loves being here, loves the fans and feels he owes them, he was also overwhelmed by the support of the club and fans during the ACL. If we dont get promotion, agent pressure and ambitions may start to kick in, until then he's here, so let's bask in watching him grow and terrorising defences
-
Tony Spearing. Rated worse defender in all 4 leagues. Wayne Clarke, Mr through on goal, turn and pass back. Adi Akinbadbuyi.......

Vichal came with aspirations for the club and then fell in love with the City and it's community. Top will try to deliver his dad's dream, but it will never come from the same place or be his number one focus

Trouble is the constant broken promises around transfers and the dreadful accounting, is going to put off any decent calibre manager. Even Enzo said it was a surprise that they had to sell in jan to buy, something he wasn't told when he took the job, similar with BR but id have closed the purse strings on that buffoon too. The financial side would have to be totally sorted and a guaranteed war chest available before any rated manager would entertain us. I think even your Robin's types would turn us down with the mess the club has got in

Vichai treat LCFC and the community like the closest most beloved relative. Top doesn't feel imo like he's a 100% in at LCFC and I've thought this for a while. Is it now time for him to admit he can't commit to or run us like Vichai and sell? (Please delete if there is a thread elsewhere for this 😀 )
