  1. It was a positive to see so many crosses in the last match but it was depressing that most of them were over over hit. Mixing that up with some square balls if there’s a man free would be good to.
  2. To be fair we looked better with ten men after Ramsey was sent off on his debut
  3. “Bunch of waste men”, you’ll never sing that!
  4. That bench. missing a couple of academy lads out in Qatar for international duty

C’mon Citeh! https://www.lcfc.com/pages/en/media-article/team-news-leicester-city-lcfc-foxes-blackburn-rovers-brfc-sky-bet-championship Jake Evans and Louis Page are in Qatar : he’ll start to join the group.” and , on the other hand, have been selected for England’s FIFA U17 World Cup campaign and have travelled with the Young Lions to Qatar. “They have already travelled with the team,” Cifuentes added. “It’s very good news for them and for the Club to have such promising young players playing in the World Cup. “I’m very glad for them. I’m sure it’s a great experience for them. Hopefully they have a good level and good minutes and I’m sure, in the long term, it’s going to be very good for us.” Monga is ill and Aluko played for the U21s last night https://www.lcfc.com/pages/en/media-article/leicester-city-lcfc-foxes-blackburn-rovers-aaron-ramsey-stephy-mavididi-bobby-de-cordova-reid-jeremy-monga-fitness-injury
  6. I’ve given up suggesting this sort of thing after I was constantly calling for 2 defensive midfielders to start under Rodger’s and it being a bit rubbish when he did that lol.
  7. Apart from all the other recommendations I’d recommend looking at if Leicester Tigers and Leicester Riders are playing if you want a leicester sporting experience while you’re here. there’s a nice walk along the canal nearish to the stadium as well
  8. Bit of a weirdly worded article “drought conditions”? “Barren look”? Anti labour council bias?

  10. Faes is out for Okoli
  11. Team news is on the LCfc website and I’m not making the thread again after last.

  14. I reckon poorly the performing "experienced pros" at Leicester is skewed by 2 or 3 seasons and at least 1 managers signing his ex player through his mate of an agent. To be first I do think Atlético Madrid did make a profit on him
  15. I was stood with a few Portsmouth fans at the Leicester Tigers match just now and they were giving large with “you can stick your Bath Rugby up your @rse”, after Tigers won with the last kick of the match.

  17. I still remember my naivety in going to watch Coventry vs Leicester at a pub in Rugby and being surprised and so disappointed at it being a haunt for Coventry fans… … this was a long time ago
  18. Easy now… I do like a sh!thouse victory though old nobble glass pint with a handle to fill with bitter Need some chants about Terry being a better manager/coach ha ha Big day today for team news, he’s had plenty of time to access the team, so who’s gonna be in and out, presumably this match will start setting the tone for first choice 11 I feel like Derby hate us and feel they should have had our success, we seem to pity them like a lot other teams do for some reason. Coventry just seem like we should be rivals as we’re nearer to them than they are to Nottingham and Derby. i don’t really care about Nottingham Forest as I still remember a comment about the grounds being half empty during their successful period, especially in Europe. Huge game for us as we should be seeing what the first choice 11 is shaping up to be. Agree, but there is a worry about another red card if we come out like rabid dogs completely agree, need to be seeing the first choice 11 now or very soon. We could be promoted with the Skipmare midfield but it often makes uncomfortable viewing for many fans.
  19. A teabag is probably all they can lift this season 😉
  20. Well, I had a curry tonight so there will probably be a bed sheet going spare in the morning…
  21. I can only comment on what I’ve seen personally and it’s pretty quite a lot of time outside the stadium when it’s not a match day. A traffic jam every rush hour next to the stadium with the shop car park over that road with no pedestrian bridge is a pretty woeful set up for a commercial enterprise. Needs a club shop key holder sleeping onsite for whenever something controversial/awesome happens and fans congregate around the stadium with bulging wallets.
  22. I know there’s probably a definite element of not taking any risks with knocks and easing the new players in, but I’m glad I didn’t try and sneak into the Kassam Stadium today. I would have disappointed not to watch all the youngsters and new players in action. We should have enough to win the game on the pitch but the bench is strong too.
  23. Spider Kalac, intimidated the opposition so much we were instantly promoted when they saw his number come up on the subs board.
