Will there be an album launch party?

I was just looking at the fixtures and realised the Charlton might not be out of the woods yet and the form of Sheffield Wednesday could see them beat Charlton. Unlikely to happen, but 1 of the factors would be Portsmouth beating us. 2 points from 5 games for Charlton is dragging them down. Good job I’m not a betting man or I’d probably lose some money on it lol. Ipswich Hull Swansea are the remaining fixtures for Charlton after Sheffield Wednesday away

Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official
tinpot_fox replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
What revisionism? I’ve always held the belief that yes, the signing may not have been good, the formations may have encouraged turgid football, but I always felt like we were more likely to nick a goal and get something out of the game (which we probably didn’t deserve from a neutrals perspective) during Coopers tenure. In my opinion The team under Van Nistelrooy just didn’t seem to have that. -
Yes or poach Harborough Towns non Italian manager

Chance of a Winks vs Maddison match up next season: 0%

What’s the chance of Harry Winks and Oliver Skipp playing against Tottenham Hotspur next season? We could stay up and spurs get relegated (unlikely now), or both players get transfers to the league that spurs are in next season. Personally I’d think both players will get a transfer abroad somewhere.

If we hadn’t got the points deduction, we would probably be on less total points at this point now. -

I think Hedges will be present at Aintree this afternoon, so sadly not. I’m not sure I’d trust this team to stay awake with a bed superstore on the bench.

Who is Chang and why is he still locked up? Can our board not even live up to their regular promise of a free Chang? -
Underperformer of the Season – the nominees

Maddison was one of many many reasons that edged us over into inevitable relegation. Fatawu shooting more than passing might see him dropped to the bench in other teams, I don’t think we have solved the conundrum of playing without him (whether he’s on or off the pitch) -

I’m more concerned that he’s gone to Lisbon and had a coffee at the Copenhagen Coffee Lab, did he forget where he is? Or just doesn’t like to support the local 😉 -
QPR Saturday 14th March 3pm (H) Protest - Unite for change
tinpot_fox replied to 1884HF's topic in Leicester City Forum
fair point. I would say I was trying to say we had attracted some good players with the dross, so the potential is there if it can be fulfilled We struggled to win against crap team before, so that was a good win for us the trade off was a better chance in the Champions League run with Claudio or tighten up the premier league results and don’t get relegated with a different manager. i was in the better chance of champions league success camp -
QPR Saturday 14th March 3pm (H) Protest - Unite for change
tinpot_fox replied to 1884HF's topic in Leicester City Forum
Despite all the doom and gloom about signings and overspending we’ve managed to attract some players on loan in the last couple of years that are talked about as being better than the club. If we can keep that up and have a sensible turn over of the players on the books, instead of overpaying wages to retain every player, then the right manager could get us into a healthy league position with entertaining matches. We have an opportunity at the end of this season, as we have had in past seasons, to get our house in order. Will it happen? From past experience, no it won’t, we just find out later about overspending and over paying in regard to league rules. so yes, I believe we could have a team that could be good enough for promotion next season. Do I believe we will get one if the fan base keeps quiet and sits on their hands… no I don’t from what I’ve seen so far of Rowett as a manager, I’ve been impressed. Not that we’ve done everything perfectly but we’re now in a position that a win today could put us in a position where we have a couple matches breathing space before we get pulled back into the relegation zone. Yet, there is a lot of tickets still available. In an ideal world we could be protesting the way the club has been run before the match and cheering the team on during the match. Relegation this season would be horrible and I think the crowds at the stadium would be very small next season. -
In the alternate universe version of The Rebecca Vardy Story (part 2: The Jamie Years), Vardy, Hirsty and Kaney all go through the youth system together with Hirsty and Kaney being cartoon like villains. Vardy turns down a contract at Tottenham to rise the hard way, Hirsty conspires with Kaney to steal vital goal scoring data from Rebecca’s phone but end up scuffing it into the sea. Hirsty gets relegated with Vardys goal that secures the premier league title and the golden boot. Kaney leaves for the German league after an hilarious sequence of events sees Kaney transfer.

LCFC 2-0 Bristol City, post-match thread
tinpot_fox replied to Phil Mitchell's topic in Leicester City Forum
Come guys and gals, we made Bristol look sh!te with our doggedness. Hamza took one for the team with yellow when they were through. Ayew made some forward runs and passed when there was space or a player available but held up the ball when there wasn’t, except once or twice. For those saying Winks should start, he looked ok but fell on his arse almost immediately after coming on. Mukasa looked ok too, but also looked like he was on a different wavelength to the rest of our players for while to, finding different space to run into that no one else anticipated. so so so please about the clean sheet and the win for the manager (and the team) -
So I got myself a ticket for tonight. I’m actually excited 😜 up the city! a new dawn of sensible signing and contracts approaches!

Full contact or soft play?

Wasn’t he banished to the reserves months ago? Does that make us a strong club?
