Rodgers is hands down the most successful manager we have ever had. Winning the FA cup and then essentially winning the Premier League play off final by winning the Charity Shield. Deserves to be in a league of his own, the Charity FA.P League. Not sure I’d want to rank the other 9 as I wouldn’t know how to weight an actual Top Division Title against some kind of progression, growth and white trainer ratio.

Listening to Vardy after the England tournament teams he was involved in, he was injured so didn’t play enough or well enough. So a bit unlucky in that respect. Kane and Rooney probably had more caps than they should have had and were picked consistently as being “big game players” even if there was another potentially in much better form. Kane taking corners in a tournament pretty much sums up the England team selection for a long period of time. Obviously Vardy would have done a decent job in an England shirt if he’d been picked more and his style of play was catered for (and you’d hope decent players would play to his strengths too).

Cooper1961 cooper1962 cooper1963 …. I agree mostly, and was thinking we might somehow find ourselves with some points from this game and the next two. I’m now not sure we will find a way to get points in the next couple of games and that’s when we will find ourselves in a hard to escape quagmire. So I changed my mind and would some change please. If we get a run of luck we could get some points and stay in a healthy league position… But there hasn’t been much sign of luck in the last few games, never mind tactical nous. Yes! Luck! We need luck! Every Leicester City fan is obliged to turn up to all games wearing an Ipswich 2023/24 match worn top, shorts or other kit so we can suck any remaining last minute luck out of them. But…. I’d disagree that based on statistical evidence in the back of the net, Ndidi could be seen to have been deserving of a decent run in that position. Maybe it’s time to drop him to allow Nidid into the starting 11 further back ;-) Yes, it’s so frustrating when people talk about how well we did last season. If we take the evidence of last season as our form guide for this, then we will have a horrible run of form near the end of the season, only without a big points cushion to protect us this time. Le sigh.

Facebook used to be useful to find out what you’re friends are doing and find something local to do on a night out by looking at your feed. It’s now just promoted profiles trying to get engagement, I hardly look at it now and only then because of addiction to scrolling. My twitter account was hacked and twitter denied it had been and wouldn’t restore it. Not that I used a lot for ages anyway. as with the last bush era and a lot of dictatorships, sticking your head above the parapet with an opinion can actually have serious consequences. Never mind getting a slight whiff of your own fart blown back at you.

Needs to move the length of a five a side pitch before he wants to shoot.

I think we potentially were on form (and luck some would say), for a top half finish this season. Unfortunately the last two premier league games have put us in a more uncomfortable position. We were tactically outdone and the manager needs to learn from this. The next few games are vital for us to get more points on the board and not be dragged down. We don’t seem to be able set up a defensive formation effectively, so without Vardy we are very exposed and can appear toothless.
-
I absolutely think RVN would do a fantastic job motivating the players and making tweaks to the game in play. I would love it if he came to Leicester but unfortunately I don’t see it happening as the board will stick with Cooper and we’ll stay up by the skin of our teeth (do enough to stay up with four games left and then lose at least the next three).
-
It might have been a head scratcher at the time, but he has arguably got us some points on the board with his performances.

The popular green strip has inspired one of the new Christmas jumpers, I think it will sell well.
-
And on the slip side, Ipswich are dropping points while playing well.
-
I didn’t watch the game and only heard a bit of commentary at the start, but After yesterday we showed we can play rubbish and get points. Ipswich again showed they can be the better team and still drop points. It will annoy both Leicester and Ipswich fans when we stay up at their expense. Everyone bangs on about Ipswich having a better manager than us, but I would hope steve cooper would substitute one of our players who looked like he was going to get red card, before he did get a red card.
-
Despite all the Cooper out talk, win this and we could (again) move up to 12th or higher. Above Man U, West Ham and Newcastle, who don’t have easy games. Lose or draw this and it will be like last season and the season before, where we gave points to our rivals, making life hard when it shouldn’t have been after taking points elsewhere. Win this and we have a cushion and momentum. Obviously I’d prefer Ipswich to stay up and Everton to go down after they stayed up a couple of seasons ago. Not sure what the best team or tactic is though. People have been raving about the team selection and tactics vs Forest, but we lost, so as long as we win Cooper can 10 at the back hoofball or whatever else and I’ll be happy.

Yep, Pérez had a big hand in our FA cup win.

Sponsored by red bull IF, but yes. Based on our games this season then we will both concede and score. If they are 3 down then he will pump it up like there is no tomorrow! Will we have a good first half or a good second half though? Checks list… check out early on sky bet You sir, have won the internet on this fine eve. Yo mamma! But did you let it dribble onto your chest as you looked straight into the camera [winky face]
