He’s a promising player, but hasn’t really done anymore than let’s say Demerai Gray did in his time here, flashes of brilliance but wouldn’t be a regular in the 2021 side for example. I’ve no doubt he would have top half premier league clubs after him if he had shown more consistency.

Great move for him, I’m sure he will do well, looks like a 2nd year option if he helps to keep them in Serie A.

Im guessing they will use Las in Defence as the England u17s do. It’s a disaster selling Ruby, and to a team who have struggled in the past 2 seasons, we’ve just handed them Yuka and Mace.

Burnley haven’t accepted his resignation, the gardening leave gives them the compensation, he will be in soon but I’m concerned about the squad numbers, Sarina Wiegman wouldn’t keep this lot up unless they add some quality. Window closes next week.

When you have a club that conducts its own internal review, in effect, marking its own homework and never admits to failings, you have major problems from the top down. Unfortunately the owner doesn’t share the same interest or passion to that of his father. I’m not sure Rudkin has anything on the owner, it’s just that the owner doesn’t really care.

The club is already a complete joke. Regardless of my own opinion on Miquel, the DoF they had in place (her name escapes me) was described to me as ‘knowing nothing about Football’ and left the club in December 2024. I can’t reveal the source but she kicks a ball for us. The club waited until the Billiard appointment which meant they missed out on the best free transfers and also half arsed contract negotiations with Momiki, Howard etc. The medical team (now largely replaced) and the rehab for Petermann, Rantala etc was another reason these players wanted away, they were unhappy with it. I won’t repeat what I heard about Miquel, however if the intention was to fire her, then it should have been done in May. The club is a shambles from top to bottom, including the men’s team with Rudkin and Co.

Suede at Rock City, was tempted by Gene as well but they are going to be £50 with fees, had to choose between them and Suede.

Miquel is absolutely useless, having watched all the games last season home and away I saw nothing from her. I wanted Beard in the minute he left Liverpool. Get her gone and I’m back watching them! I can’t watch Miquel-ball. Wonder if the high profile departures of Momiki and Howard have anything to do with it or the new DoF?

I still see some of my lads occasionally, all grown up now but fond memories.
