I read somewhere that Coady said the way he trained was a positive highlight in this years pre season.

Performances like last night are why we bought him. I honestly think he was the best Leicester player last night. He looked faster than normal, almost as if he was actually trying. Shame he’s not consistent with his performances.

? What team did you want/expect?

Am I the only one who isn’t overreacting over this? We’re (essentially) playing our second team, against a fully fit United team who are enjoying their new manager bounce. Yes, our defence looks very shaky, but we’ve scored 2 goals and our £20m attacker is off the mark in England for the club.

Newcastle are great in my opinion. Shouldn’t be compared in the same bracket as West Ham.

We could just continue to rot away for a couple years, then get Jose Mourinho. I’ve seen he’s said the other day, when he finishes at Fenerbace, he’d want to manage a lower in the league Prem side.

I think the new guy sounds childish, boring and passionless. Saying that, I didn’t expect to miss Brad when he left. The saying “it can’t get worse than this” is completely false for this club. In fact, at every point when you think it can’t get worse, it gets worse.

Seen a couple “LCFC” and “Cooper Out” placards tonight. And atmosphere sounds a bit better today than the last couple. Friday should be mega.

It’s not as exciting as watching Leicester because you have no attachment or invested interest in the team you’re seeing. Don’t get me wrong, if I were to be in Munich, for example, I’d see if Bayern were playing and had tickets available on general sale. Or see if they had any bands playing in the city or whatever. But I wouldn’t plan a trip around it.
