  1. He’s pointing to his brain because he has the intelligence to know he’ll be playing in the prem next season. Just not with us.
  2. I thought we wanted him to go on loan, but no suitable offers came in.
  3. Has he been back in Seagrave after his loan move to Cardiff? Just going off Fatawu’s recent Instagram post…
  4. Something tells me your wish will come true… … that something being our performances so far this season. Oh, and the fact we’re currently 10 points off the team in 17th, and in the last 14 games we’ve amassed 3 points 😭
  5. Whoever the head of PR is needs the sack. Either that or they're being told to be this thick from someone higher up. - emails from the club asking why we missed a game when we lost the game 3-0 - emails straight after a loss trying to sell more tickets - social media posts trying to sell our 3rd kit - completely forgetting Popov is one of our players - not showing u21 or u18 on the official media accounts - emails from the club as to how to improve atmosphere then continuing to ignore every suggestion - the most horrendous half time and full time post captions when we lose on instagram and twitter The list could go on and on. One of my mates' dads is the head of social media at Burnley. He says it's really not that difficult a job when you're trusted to post what you feel fits the situation (and you're winning of course!).
  6. I understand if it’s not possible, but ‘Rotten from Top to bottom’ would be much more reflective of the position the fanbase is in. Maybe have ‘Top’ in a different colour, yellow maybe, to continue the theme from Project Reset. You yourself said “Most of us who are behind 'King Power Out' wouldn't care in the slightest if Top and King Power stayed - as long as he pulled his finger out and lead the club properly” - therefore indicating you’re not really ‘Top Out’… But I definitely think “KP Out” is better than the original, and I commend and thank you for the time and effort you’re putting into this pal.
  7. That would never happen. If Man City were to get a significant points deduction, this is what would end up happening; - Ipswich stay up - We go down with Man City and Southampton - Top and co get shit scared of every rule there is, and will never even think about potentially breaching FFP again - Man City break the points record for the Championship and will be promoted by Christmas, therefore taking an automatic promotion place (not saying we would have gotten it it next season - we won't - but it'll have a snowball effect on the rest of the league There's still hope? Nah I don't think so...
  8. Cheers for the help/advice everyone that’s responded.. Few more questions… The only place in the stadium where I really enjoy the football and matchday experience is SK1. Towards the front of the singing section more specifically. How likely is it that I can get a seat in there? Or even in SK1. And say I get a ST but decide I don’t like where I sit (a complete nob is sitting behind me, for example), can I move?
  9. I’m surprised that’s all they did and there isn’t a stand named after Vichai. Thought that’d be the first thing they’d do after the crash.
  10. At this point, a goal is a goal!
  11. How many minutes till the season ends? 😭
  12. Fixed it for you mate.
  13. I'm on 110, but the pal I want to get it with is only on about 18...
  14. Applications are 'coming soon' as per the website. How do they select who gets the STs? And how many 'new' season tickets are available for current members?
  15. Ideally. it would have been/will be the whole Kop end and the whole of L1 and K1. UFS's wording suggesting its a good 'start' is giving me a glimmer of hope that there's more to come in the future.
  16. No, not fair play. They're doing the bare minimum. 70% of the areas they’re putting rails in are already “standing sections”. I’d say “fair play” if they installed them throughout the kop (or even the back half), in addition to K1 and L1. And how random is it to have safe standing in P/P1? As other have said, they’re not doing it because they care about the fans. They’re doing it because they HAVE to. Rant over.
  17. Can someone post the exact areas that safe standing will be implemented in? (If it’s publicised yet, or anyone has any educated guesses) Ive got a few messages from different LCFC fans that have said different things… edit- I’ve just seen the post 2 above this one
  18. Doesn’t look match fit. Wouldn’t be surprised if he gets hooked soon.
  19. Mainly agree with this apart from the west midlands teams. Yes, I dislike them, but don’t “hate them”. In the same way I dislike spurs, but never feel any “hatred” towards them.
  20. Is this confirmed by a reputable source?
  21. Surprised that he hadn’t got one in the premier league before today. Best in the world.
  22. Have I missed something here? On the 21st Feb, the admin of the twitter account posted a tweet stating there would be an “announcement soon”. But there’s been no announcement…?
  23. Worst I’ve seen it last night. In yet another soulless bowl.
  24. For most games I am in and around the singing section. Even there, I recon there’s a maximum 70% who sing from the start till the end. And that’s the singing section. Where you’d expect the take up to singing it would be the greatest. And just because I compliment another club doesn’t mean I should “join the greedy 6 bus”. To me, that’s quite a silly opinion. It’s like me saying Brighton have a better recruitment system than ours, or that the Forest scvm have a better front three. I’m not a Brighton or Forest fan - im just sharing my thoughts on other clubs and comparing them to ours!
  25. You’re right in regards to the first point mate. But you know what I mean - in terms of the fact it’s our ‘song’ that gets played out the loud speakers that the fans join in with. YNWA is now synonymous with Liverpool. When they sung it after winning the champions league it made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. Would never happen with WYS in the state it is now. Maybe it’s just half of our fanbase’s refusal to sing it. How many times have you heard away fans sing “what the fcking hell is that” to YNWA compared to WYS? Because I hear it almost every game when we’re singing it. I listened to the podcast - it’s what made me write the post originally. The lyrics have nothing to do with the club. And the Jersey Budd rendition wasn’t sung “during the good times”. The best memory we’ve had singing it (in the Jersey Budd version) is the first time it was played in the Conference League. And it’s been 3 years of playing it pre game, yet 2/3 of the ground still doesn’t catch on. Changing a few lines to make them more directly relatable may help. Or even add artificial fan noise the final two lines (“the whole world smiles with you” x2) so that it appears as more of an anthem as supposed to sing along in a pub in the city centre.
